There are a few tiny rough spots — sometimes a report takes a beat to load, and a couple of labels felt a bit clunky — but nothing that broke the flow. Compared to other platforms I’ve used, where dashboards felt like a maze or required a support ticket to change basic settings, this one feels intentionally built for people who run the shop and also do everything else. I also appreciate that automations (shipping tags, basic emails) are straightforward; they saved me time and fewer manual steps meant fewer mistakes, which was a relief. Customer service was helpful when I asked about a plugin compatibility, they answered quickly and didn’t talk in riddles, so thumbs up there. Price felt fair for what I got — not the cheapest, but the value matched my needs. Delivery of updates and new features was pretty steady too; I noticed a couple small improvements land within weeks. Overall, it's enthusiastic yes from me: not flawless, and I still find myself double-checking a few things sometimes, but it genuinely speeds up daily work and gives a neat view of what’s happening. Sneakers
I bought a pair of sneakers from this company not too long ago, and I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. I ordered a certain style of shoes, but when they showed up, they were the wrong ones. When I contacted customer service to try to return them, they didn't want to help and said they didn't send me those shoes. But the box clearly showed they came from them. I've tried to get this sorted out multiple times, but I still haven't heard back from them.
Online clothing purchase
I was pretty bummed about how the customer service and return policy went down on this website I bought some clothes from. The item I got didn't fit right, so I had to send it back. But man, I couldn't believe it when I found out they were gonna tack on another €10 for return shipping, on top of the €5 I paid to get it in the first place. And to make matters worse, there wasn't even an option to swap it out for something else. So now I'm stuck with this thing that I can't even use. Overall, this whole situation has left me feeling pretty unhappy, and I don't think I'll be coming back to shop here again.
Online order customer service
I recently made an online purchase and the customer service experience was just awful. The person I dealt with was extremely rude and unhelpful. It seemed like they couldn't care less about whether I received my package or not, which is really upsetting. They made me fill out a form that was already annoying, and then made me feel stupid when I couldn't do something that was impossible to begin with. And to top it off, they made sarcastic remarks like "oh you can do better than that, that's not a signature." I mean, seriously, who talks to customers like that? When I called them out on their behavior, they just brushed it off and acted like I was overreacting. It was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. They definitely need to learn some manners and how to treat people with respect. Maybe some real professional training would help.
Raffle prize
I won a raffle for a pair of shoes, but I was kind of bummed about how it all went down. The shipping cost me a whopping £12, which seemed like a lot, especially when other places offer free shipping. The shoes ended up being too big, so I had to send them back. But get this - it cost me another £9 for return shipping! So, in the end, I basically wasted £21 just on shipping. That's not cool, especially when so many other places have free shipping and returns. From now on, I'm gonna stick to shopping at places like End.
Shoes, fast delivery
I really like all the different shoes they have at this store and how fast they deliver them to you. It was kind of a bummer that they only use DHL for returns, but overall I still think this store is awesome and totally worth checking out because of their excellent customer service and products.
Quick delivery; Halloween discount issue resolved with 10% coupon
I was so happy with my recent online store purchase. My order got to me real quick, in less than a day! And the customer service was just so good. I had a little problem where the Halloween discount didn't work on the fancy shoes I wanted. But the company didn't waste time and they gave me a 10% coupon to help me out. They really cared about making things right for me. I felt like they really valued me as a customer and I'm grateful for all they did to make sure I was happy. Thank you so much, you guys are amazing!

I just bought these super cool limited edition sneakers from an online shop and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed. My shoes showed up at my door in just 3 days and I got them for way cheaper than anywhere else. I am beyond happy with my buy and how everything turned out.

My first time ordering from this company was amazing. I placed my order during my lunch break and was super happy to see it shipped just a few hours later that same afternoon. Cortez sneakers
I just bought a pair of Cortez sneakers from the store and let me tell you, it was a great experience. I recently placed an order and ran into some problems with the sizing of the items. I contacted customer service and explained my situation, but was told they don't do price adjustments after an order is made, even during the buy and try period. This meant I had to return the product and buy it again to get the discount, which also meant paying more for shipping. It's frustrating to see a company care more about their policies than helping their customers, especially when other companies focus on customer satisfaction.

I loved shopping online at the store! The drawing thing they had going on really amped up the excitement and made the whole experience fun. Air Jordan shoes and cap return
I recently had to send back a pair of Air Jordan shoes and a cap I bought from Sns. I wanted a refund, but it didn't go smoothly. After waiting for more than 3 weeks with no updates, I reached out to customer service. They said they could only give me 50€ for both items because they claimed the cap wasn't returned. I was frustrated because I was expecting a refund of 74€. Even if the cap wasn't there, I paid 60€ just for the shoes, so I felt like I was getting a bad deal. This whole thing was disappointing and now I'm not sure if I want to order from Sns again.
Toddler-size white sneakers purchase
I bought some white toddler sneakers for my little guy after having a hard time finding them anywhere else. I wasn't sure at first because of some iffy reviews, but I decided to go for it and I'm so glad I did. The sneakers showed up fast and in great shape. I'm super excited to finally have these cool kicks for my son.
Air Force 1 sneakers and a Nike jacket
My recent experience with SNS was amazing. It was my second time buying from them, and I can honestly say it was just as awesome as the first time. Ordering was super easy, and my stuff arrived in just 2 days. The Air Force 1 sneakers and Nike jacket I got were spot on - high quality all the way. No doubts at all about them being the real deal. Nike Air Max Plus TNs, black marks on white laces
I just got some Air Max Plus TNs and I was stoked to finally have them. But when I opened the box, I saw there were black marks on the white laces. I tried to clean them, but no luck. I dropped $109 on these kicks and I was hoping they'd be flawless, so I was pretty disappointed. At least the shipping was crazy quick.
