Returned bag, no refund
I can't believe how incompetent this store is. I returned a bag seven weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my refund. I have proof that the courier picked it up, but they still haven't processed it. This is completely unacceptable, and I definitely won't be shopping here again.

New shoe purchase
I just bought some new shoes and I gotta say, I was totally impressed with how fast they got here. I placed my order and boom, a few days later they showed up at my door. The customer service folks were on top of it too - answered my questions within a day. Plus, returning them if need be was super easy. All in all, had a great experience and would definitely suggest this company if you're in need of some new kicks.

Sales items from the EU shop
I was actually a big fan of this brand back in the day when I was living in the US, but then they kind of messed up with their sizes. But luckily, I decided to give them another shot and ordered some stuff from the EU store. And guess what? Everything showed up in just a week, and not only did they fit perfectly, but the material is super nice. Even though the dress is a little tight, I'm gonna hold onto it and hopefully lose some weight to rock it better.
