A $300 order placed on 10/14
I recently bought something from this company, and honestly, I've been super let down by the whole experience. This was my third time ordering from them, but this time has been a total disaster. I haven't gotten any tracking info about my order, and all the emails I've sent in the past week have been ignored. I've tried to ask about tracking, sent my receipt, and checked back multiple times, but still nothing. This lack of communication and customer service is not okay with me. I'm definitely going to start looking for other online stores that have better communication and service moving forward.

On top of that, their customer service is super responsive if you have any questions or problems with your order. 2-day shipping disappointment
I was really let down by Pinnacle. I paid extra for 2-day shipping, but ended up getting my order through regular first class mail. I mean, the whole reason I spent more money on fast shipping is to get my stuff quickly, you know? So, it was really frustrating that they messed up like that. Luckily, when I contacted their customer service, they got back to me quickly and gave me a refund for the shipping charges.

Nike Air Max Plus TNs, black marks on white laces
I just got some Air Max Plus TNs and I was stoked to finally have them. But when I opened the box, I saw there were black marks on the white laces. I tried to clean them, but no luck. I dropped $109 on these kicks and I was hoping they'd be flawless, so I was pretty disappointed. At least the shipping was crazy quick.
