Recent eyeglass purchase
Man, these glasses are seriously the best pair I've ever had! They're super comfy and stylish. The lenses are top of the line, way better than other brands I've tried before. The frames are lightweight, so I can wear them all day long without any issues. The customer service is amazing - always so friendly and helpful. But man, not having those in-between magnification strengths really bums me out. It's frustrating and limits my choices. But at least exchanging or returning them is easy, even though the return fee kinda sucks. If they had more magnification options, I'd totally keep coming back.

Air Jordan shoes and cap return
I recently had to send back a pair of Air Jordan shoes and a cap I bought from Sns. I wanted a refund, but it didn't go smoothly. After waiting for more than 3 weeks with no updates, I reached out to customer service. They said they could only give me 50€ for both items because they claimed the cap wasn't returned. I was frustrated because I was expecting a refund of 74€. Even if the cap wasn't there, I paid 60€ just for the shoes, so I felt like I was getting a bad deal. This whole thing was disappointing and now I'm not sure if I want to order from Sns again.

Fast Checkout Process
I wanted to share my recent experience making a purchase on the website. I was pretty bummed out by the checkout process. When I tried to use my PayPal credits, the transaction just went through too fast, and I didn't get a chance to apply my points. I really wanted to use those credits for my purchase. It seemed like there might have been a problem with PayPal or the checkout system on the website, making the transaction happen too quickly. It would be great if the company could fix this issue to make sure everyone has a better and more user-friendly checkout experience.
