Discount Issue
I had a problem with a discount promotion after I made a purchase with SNS. I contacted customer service and explained my situation, but was told they don't do price adjustments after an order is made, even during the buy and try period. This meant I had to return the product and buy it again to get the discount, which also meant paying more for shipping. It's frustrating to see a company care more about their policies than helping their customers, especially when other companies focus on customer satisfaction.
