Subscription satisfaction
I've always been happy with the variety of magazines and how easy the app is to use. But what really shows how good a company is, is their customer service. I had a problem with my subscription recently and I have to give a shoutout to the support team, especially Christy, for helping me out quickly and professionally. I really think this service is great - I haven't had any bad experiences like some people have said in their reviews. I've been using this for years and I'm definitely sticking with it.

I got these really cool sneakers from this one place, you know? But they ended up being too big so I had to try to return them. It was such a pain though. They didn't give me a return label so I had to make my own! And then I couldn't even track the package because they never set up an account for me. The delivery was okay, but the customer service was just awful. I tried emailing them, reaching out on their website, and even on social media, but nobody ever responded. Pretty disappointing.

I wish I had checked out some reviews before deciding to work with them. They really made a huge mess of my website, and I ended up having to sort everything out using my backup. It was such a pain. And on top of that, I discovered that folks from ShareAsale were attempting to access my website's admin portal! Seriously, what were they thinking?! It seems so shady, and now I don't trust them one bit. I'd rather stick to dealing with companies that I know and trust when it comes to offering advertisements. So if you're considering teaming up with them, just tread carefully.

The customer service at this store is just awful. I ordered a mirror for my bedroom set back in November and I still haven't gotten it. When the distribution center realized they sent me two headboards instead of my mirror, I was glad they caught the mistake. But then I called customer service to fix the problem, and it turned into a nightmare. The representative, Meah, was no help at all and really rude. She wouldn't even look at the evidence I had, like photos and a voicemail from the warehouse saying they had my mirror. Instead of trying to help, she kept saying there was no record of my mirror. It's so frustrating to deal with this level of incompetence after being a loyal customer. I'm grateful for what I did get from this store, but their customer service team needs to step up their game.

Absolutely garbage! My wife got me two orders that the quality was just poor. She tried to cancel and they were rude basically said she was to late. This was almost 3 weeks ago and we just got the third order that we didn't want, this too was less than Walmart quality. My advise is stay away!

The waist is actually too big. They were too short for me in length although a 32 and with this supplier, would need 35, not a 32.

Woman’s Naga Bracelet
My wife and I purchased Silver Naga bracelets for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. First night she wore we went for a walk. When we returned, the bracelet was gone. Obviously the clasping mechanism was faulty. When we called John Hardy they said too bad. A nearly $1000 bracelet doesn’t just fall off your wrist during a walk. Very upset wife and I am furious that something so expensive was obviously made to low quality standards. Buyer beware!

ordering was ok, but I REALLY wished I had read the BBB complaints before I placed the order. The salesman I spoke with was very rude and left no doubt that this is not a customer oriented website--****be mindful and go to the BBB before placing an order. You can see from the answers they gave in their complaints that you don't want to give these people your money without a full review of their policies and don't expect any kind of quality customer service. Within 4 hours of placing the order-my son realized that this particular bike would not fit onto his car safely-we'd planned to order a lighter bike from the site instead-but now--no way! Waiting for a confirmation to the cancellation and for 4 hours of "processing time" (mind you-shipment won't be for over a month) it will cost him over $100 USD for their cancellation fee. (automatically 8% if the item hasn't shipped no matter how short of a time the order is in) The most amazing thing was how rude the salesman was about the whole thing!! bad experience!!!

Orders come out of Hong Kong WARNING! Shorts are not what they seem to be, very cheaply made. Paypal saved me but, I had to pay for a return USPS $43.00 bucks. Takes about 3 weeks to receive the items and there is no 1-800 number to talk to anybody. PEOPLE SAVE YOUR MONEY. BUY USA MADE PRODUCTS. I still lost most money but not all of it.

For those of you whom have ordered these in 2020, I would recommend that you be patient. Like most companies globally, I’m sure that they are overwhelmed, and short on staff. Please give them some time to prepare and send your orders. I do not work for the company or are affiliated with them in any way, it’s just that our society has become so use to life being instantaneous. Years ago we were use to waiting “8-10 weeks for delivery,” of products. Calling multiple times and sending multiple emails is only going to bog them down more. PLEASE STOP. I believe everyone is affected by this pandemic but, if youre short on staff or if the company is out of operation why do you still take orders? Why it doesn't explain before your purchase that it might take more time than usual to delivery. Why wait until you placed your order, then make you pay then right after ohhh it might take up to 30 days to received it. Then after that ohhh there's no one available to contact, call or chat but, im surely going to take your money.

Customer Service NONEXISTENTi was excited to finally order these face shields. i ordered them on March 30. today is April 21. i haven't received an email since April 4th saying that it'll be 7-10 days before i get a tracking number. I've been trying to LIVE CHAT then for almost 3 days. the live chat starts at 99+ and i've been through it 6 times. got glendy or a gwendy to answer but after them asking how they can help me there was silence for 20 ish minutes then a message saying that the store is closed and showed me their operation hours. everyone is telling me to give up, that i got scammed.... i'm starting to believe it. this company is horrible.... pandemic or not.... i will never order from SA or AD company again. i will advise everyone to do the same.

I get things are slower because of Covid 19, but this BS. I ordered mine on April 4th. It finally shipped on April 18th and won’t get here until the April 27th. I also ordered some items on Amazon on April 15th, and have already received all items. I think it’s because the company uses DHL to ship. My tracking says my package has been sitting in Raleigh for two days!! Raleigh is literally two hours from me!! And I have to wait another three days!?? I bought 8 face shields, delivered on 2020-04-27. All the horrible prints, none of which I chose on the site. They did not warn that they would be changing all the prints. I try to contact by phone, by chat, but nothing. This company is a fraud. For sure, buy the manufacturer as cheaper prints, which are horrible, like which are not advertised on the website. Advertise as prettier, that for sure or manufacturer has a value above, and then Alpha Defense, delivers these crap. UNTIL THEY ATTEND ME I CONSIDER THIS COMPANY A FRAUD.Same as everyone else. Ordered, and after completing order it says could be 30day delay. Finally get it and it's totally wrong. Not one item I ordered came. {Also order an 8-pack, and only recv'd 5-total; and again all Wrong!
My order finally came in, no big deal for taking some extra time because of the China Virus. The big thing is I tried cancelling my order well before they were shipped out and could not under any circumstance reach anyone. I was not surprised to find that my order did not contain one of the 4 out of five facemasks I ordered. The only one they got right was the mystery face shield. They pride themselves on customer service but provide no viable way to reach them. Oh and the reason it takes so long to get your order is because the product is made in China and they probably ran out due to demand. Could not replenish stock quick enough to maintain filling orders. So to those shopping for this type of product ... my advice take your business elsewhere.

So far no response from this company what so ever. Using our current pandemic is not an excuse for this company's lack of professionalism. From just reading these reviews, they are liable to a class action for fraud ( bait and switch), breach of contract, and professional negligence. Unless they correct their shortcomings, they will find themselves in a worse situation.
As for the statement of how years back one had to wait 8 to 10 weeks for items? That was when people and businesses relied sole on hand written orders and mail (No computers involved) as a form of communication.
Patience is a virtual but under current circumstances, daily or weekly updates on your company's situation would be more beneficial.All out of patience with these people, over 2 weeks no tracking # no shipping update. of course you happily took money ASAP. waste of time with the live chat option, twice I've waited over 2 hours only to be disconnected. I'm ready to turn this over to my bank and let them pursue it as fraud. It would be very easy to text/email customers with updates. not being upfront about your practices makes people wonder.
It's a business and if you want customers to return and or be happy, you MUST provide a reasonable service. It isn't about being patient, it's about backing up what you say. PS: They've removed email and phone number from site. UGH! Never again!!!

I placed an order on 4/17/2020 and am in the same boat as everyone on here. Zero communication but the money was deducted in less than 12hrs. I have been trying like others and have come up empty until today. I know where all the orders are. They were given away to the local community of Boca Raton, FL. Search SA company and you will see several articles and news clips from 4/15/2020 and 4/16/2020 showing the have away 10k of the face shields. I know they thought they were doing the right thing by donating them but don't screw with your paying customers and be honest on your site. Hey, we have away all our inventory to help our community and will let everyone know when it is back in stock. I'd still like my order and not substitutes. I can wait another month but if I do not get communication, the charges will be reversed.
It's more than a month and still did not get my order. I placed my order on April 7th, 2020, and I did get it yet. They send me a track no. without any update since April 27th, 2020 " waiting for the package ". I tried to call them but their VM is full, and no one reply on their live chat. Very bad customer services, and I'm very disappointed.

Took over a month to get my face shields ---didn't get the exact designs I wanted and the pattern is NOT ON BOTH SIDES OF THE CLOTH (the inside) so when you fold it around, no pattern there! I'd return what I ordered however, I just don't want to bother with this anymore.

I've ordered several things from Amazon and E-bay weeks after I order my stuff from here. Received all of them in less than a week. It's been over a month now and I keep getting the run a round from them. 3 times they told me I would have it within 24-48 hours. Still nothing!!!Ordered about a week ago. Never even received a confirmation email. Been trying to get ahold of them for a week. Nothing. I have a feeling I was scammed.

I was going to buy a bike from himiway but after reading the reviews about the bad customer service I'm going to buy from a different company. I expect good customer service if I'm going to spend almost 2 grand
