Rotten produce nightmare
This company is a disaster with fresh produce. They sent me boxes full of rotten stuff, and wouldn't let me cancel my order on time. The customer service was terrible, and the products were all disappointing. I wouldn't suggest anyone waste their money here.

Online clothing purchase
I was pretty bummed about how the customer service and return policy went down on this website I bought some clothes from. The item I got didn't fit right, so I had to send it back. But man, I couldn't believe it when I found out they were gonna tack on another €10 for return shipping, on top of the €5 I paid to get it in the first place. And to make matters worse, there wasn't even an option to swap it out for something else. So now I'm stuck with this thing that I can't even use. Overall, this whole situation has left me feeling pretty unhappy, and I don't think I'll be coming back to shop here again.

Language learning course
As someone who took that language learning course, I gotta say it was really engaging and fun, especially for kids. The videos with cartoons and characters really helped in making the learning process enjoyable. The way they used storytelling and interactive stuff to teach was super effective. It felt really natural and easy to pick up the language while having a good time. Kudos to the creators for putting in the effort to make a program that's both educational and entertaining for kids.

Mayfair clutch purchase
The Mayfair clutch I bought was really pretty, but it was a bit smaller than I thought it would be from the pictures. Still, I wasn't too bothered by it. Ordering it was easy and I didn't have any problems. Although, there was a little hiccup with the delivery since Royal Mail brought it a day later than I was expecting. But all in all, I'm happy with what I got.

Black boots
I bought these super cute black boots that I was so excited to wear all the time, but they literally fell apart after only two times! I was so bummed. And then, when I tried to get my money back, they wanted me to ship them back to the USA - seriously, so annoying!

Overseas purchase for a friend
I bought something on the website for my friend who was visiting from Brazil. But, the order got delayed and I couldn't get in touch with the store to try and fix it. So now, the package is going to show up at the address, but my friend won't even be there. It really stinks because this was my first time buying from this store, and they totally dropped the ball.

5 shirts purchased
I'm seriously bummed about my latest order from this place. I spotted some adorable shirts on their website and was super excited to wear them, but when they arrived, they were a major letdown. Like, really?! One shirt sorta resembled the picture, but the rest were awful. They looked like cheap copies made from this strange, scratchy polyester. Plus, they were totally off in terms of shape and size compared to what was advertised online. Ugh, what a waste of cash! I'm definitely not gonna buy from here again.

Dress purchase
I bought this dress and it just didn't do it for me. I took it back and it was in perfect shape, but they tried to say I messed up the belt and wouldn't give me my money back. So now I've gotta go through the whole mess with my credit card company. Ugh, what a pain!
