Family Vacation Rental
The rental property was really nice and clean, super spacious, and looked just like the pictures. The themed rooms were a cool touch and made our stay even more fun. Since I was with my little ones, safety was super important to me, so having 24/7 security made me feel good. The location was awesome, lots of cool stuff to do nearby and plenty of food choices for everyone. All in all, it was an amazing vacation rental that went above and beyond what we expected.

I bought my amazing patio furniture on Monday morning and it shipped out early Tuesday from California to Ohio, arriving in just 2 and a half days. My experience renting a car was pretty good. The rental office was easy to get to outside the port terminal, and the staff was nice and efficient when I checked in, speaking in English. One problem I had was when I went to check the car for any damage. It was difficult to see well because of the shade and there were a ton of mosquitoes swarming around. I was worried I might have missed some dents or scratches on the white car, which could have meant extra charges when I returned it. It's really important to make sure car inspections are done in good light so that everything can be properly noted.

I would definitely recommend being cautious before signing up with this company. I bought a 6-month gift subscription almost a year ago and recently found out they attempted to charge me without my permission. Fortunately, my bank was able to catch the transaction and stopped it. It's nearly impossible to get in touch with customer service - they don't answer the phone and completely ignore emails. This isn't the first time they've tried to charge me without authorization either.
