Car rental experience
I just rented a car from this company and I have to say, it was a really good experience overall. I ran into a few problems with the local rental place, but Orbit Car Hire was amazing in helping me out and getting everything sorted out quickly. Even with that little bump in the road, they made the whole process super easy and stress-free. I decided to get some extra insurance, which I was a bit unsure about at first, but it ended up being totally worth it. When it comes to quality and price, Orbit Car Hire definitely had the best combo compared to other places I checked out. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of a car rental.
Car hire experience
My experience renting a car was pretty good. The rental office was easy to get to outside the port terminal, and the staff was nice and efficient when I checked in, speaking in English. One problem I had was when I went to check the car for any damage. It was difficult to see well because of the shade and there were a ton of mosquitoes swarming around. I was worried I might have missed some dents or scratches on the white car, which could have meant extra charges when I returned it. It's really important to make sure car inspections are done in good light so that everything can be properly noted.
Electric Vehicle Rental
I just rented an electric car from this company and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. The car was super new and in great shape, which was awesome. But, I did have some trouble trying to charge it at some public charging stations because my credit card wouldn't work. It seems like this happens a lot when you rent EVs, so it would be cool if the company gave out more info or help for customers dealing with that. Even with that little issue, the rental rate was good and I'd totally suggest this company to anyone wanting to rent an electric car.

I've been to a bunch of airports over the years and I usually just rent a car from there. But this time, I thought I'd switch things up and give Orbit a try. And let me tell you, I was really impressed with how smooth everything went. The car they gave me was practically brand new and in great shape. When I returned the car after 8 days, everything went smoothly and I got my deposit back with no problem. I'll definitely be using Orbit again next time I travel.

Quick and easy car rental
The car rental process was so easy and quick. We didn't have to stand in some super long line over at the rental spot - they came to us right at arrivals, checked our ID, had us sign a paper, and we were good to go. Returning the car after hours was a piece of cake too - just park it in the designated area and drop off the keys. We'll definitely be using them again!
