Good boots, odd dust-bag issue
Overall I'm happy with the boots but annoyed about the dust bag. I needed them for a work trip after a previous pair got scuffed, so packing mattered. Packaging and the invoice in an envelope were a nice touch; boots feel good, but only one logo bag.
That "grown-up" outfit moment
I ordered because I had a new job and, honestly, my jeans-and-tee thing was not cutting it (also my back was begging for better trousers, long story). When I tried the shirt and trousers on — standing in front of the mirror in bad light — I actually said out loud, "okay, this works." Checkout was smooth, delivery slower than I wanted, but the fit and fabric made me forget the wait, and grateful too.

Online order not honored due to outdated stock
I ordered something online from this store not too long ago, but it turns out they didn't actually have it in stock even though it said they did on the website. It was a frustrating experience because it seems likely that they sold out of the item in the actual store. It's really not ok for a business to be so disorganized like that, it doesn't look good on them at all.

I just have to say, my time as a customer at this boutique was amazing. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed warmly and the staff were super friendly and knew what they were talking about. They helped me find the perfect Amiri piece I was searching for. The whole vibe of the store was classy and stylish, which made shopping there really fun. Oh my gosh, I ordered this really cute outfit online and it came so quickly! But when I got it, it was too big so I had to return it. Luckily, the return process was just as simple as when I ordered it, which was great!
Coffee-stained designer trousers
I thought the store was super pro and they had awesome deals on fancy designer stuff when I first checked them out. But then, when my package finally showed up, I was totally bummed out. The UPS folks totally wrecked the package, and my Dolce&Gabbana pants were all messed up - looked like there was coffee or glue spilled on them. Plus, the package had already been opened before it even got to me! Even though this was a total bummer, I still like the store's stuff. I just think they should maybe think about using a different mail service next time.
