the delivery itself was fine in the sense that the package arrived, but the follow-up from customer service was almost non-existent. I ended up opening a case with Klarna because I didn’t want to lose any protection or time limits, and only after that did Moda di Andrea respond, saying they hadn’t seen my earlier messages and then finally sending a return label. So yes, the problem was fixed, but only after escalation. After I returned the jacket I did get a refund, though initially they deducted €22 for shipping — which felt wrong since they sent the incorrect size and that’s what caused the return. In a later update they reversed that fee, so the money did come back in full, but going through the back-and-forth and the payment dispute was needless stress. I’ve had slow or unhelpful service from other retailers before, so I’m not totally surprised, but this case stood out because of the radio silence and the extra step I had to take to get a resolution. To be fair, once Klarna was involved the team responded and the refund was completed, so the end result was okay. Still, the experience damaged my trust: customers expect companies to read and reply to messages, especially when the company made the mistake. If you value quick, reliable customer service and straightforward returns, be prepared to push for it here (or use a payment provider that will intervene if needed).
