UPack: Just Okay
I recently used UPack for a long distance move and overall, my experience was pretty good. The process of booking and scheduling the move was easy and convenient, with everything being done online. The price was also competitive with other options I looked at.
On the day of the move, the UPack truck arrived on time and the driver was professional. The only issue I had was that it took longer than expected to load all of my belongings onto the truck, which ended up being a bit of a hassle.
One thing to note is that UPack doesn't have physical stores like some other moving companies do. This wasn't a problem for me, but it's something to consider if you prefer the option of being able to visit a store in person.

I recently used a cross-country moving container service, and I was really happy with the whole experience. It was easy to schedule, the container was in great shape, and the delivery from Virginia to Maine was faster than I expected. They picked it up on a Tuesday and got it to me right on time. I had a terrible experience with another company before, so I was relieved that this service was so smooth and simple. Not only was the service excellent, but their prices were also lower than the competition. I'm definitely going to tell my friends and family about this service, and I might even use them again for my next move later this year.
Ruined mattress, wet, mildew smell
We packed up all our stuff and when it got here, our mattress was totally soaked with this big yellow stain on it. The box it came in looked like it had been through a war or something, all beat up with holes and ripped vents. And it stunk so bad, like mold and mildew. Such a waste of cash, dude. I've used a different company before, and even though they cost more, my things showed up in way better condition.
Military PCS Review
Oh my gosh, I had such a horrible experience with this company! I was expecting them to be alright, but they turned out to be the absolute worst. They brought my stuff too early and then had the nerve to call me out for not having it packed yet. The loading ramp was a disaster and the barriers were all over the place. When my things finally made it to California, it was a nightmare. They just dropped everything on the curb so I couldn't even use the ramp. And to top it off, my stuff was all broken like the driver had zero care. I'm beyond upset!

I just wanted to share that I used the service for the second time recently and I was super impressed! The staff, from customer service to the drivers, were so professional and friendly. We had a little hiccup with loading our stuff that made things take longer, but they didn't charge us any extra fees, which was a weight off my shoulders. On top of that, we got a sweet discount for being a senior or veteran, which was a really nice gesture. It was such a relief to be treated like a real person and not just another account number. Overall, it was a really great experience.
Packing supplies and moving services
The process of ordering packing supplies and arranging for moving services was simple and quick. It would have been nice to get a phone call reminding me about needing extra items like a medium-length-shank padlock for the door, along with the packing blankets and tie-down straps. Even though this info might have been in the emails from the company, a little heads up on the phone would have been great, especially during the chaos of moving. But, I really liked the tutorial on the website for packing art and mirrors - it was super helpful and informative.
Moving service
Working with this company was so easy! From getting a quote to the actual delivery, everything went great. The customer service was amazing, much better than other moving companies I've used before. The price I paid to move from Salt Lake City to Plano was really good, only $1400. When I compared prices with other moving companies, they were much cheaper. The relocube they provided was big enough to fit all my stuff from my 2 bedroom apartment. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would definitely use them again if I had to. 😊

Late pickup, false claims, overcharged for sitting around
My experience with this moving service was so aggravating. The movers showed up 8 hours late for the pickup, messing up my whole day. And to top it off, they only gave me a $100 credit for being so late, which didn't even come close to making up for all the time they wasted at my place.
Cross-country move, ID issue
I was a customer at this company and my experience with the drivers during my cross-country move was really disappointing. I live in a gated community that needs all drivers to show their state-issued ID when they come in. I told the company about this rule and they said it wouldn't be a problem. But when the driver got there, he straight up refused to show his ID and got all aggressive with the private security people when they asked him to. Because of that, I had to reschedule my move and pay an extra $1,000 for a whole week at a hotel.
Moving company experience
They broke my things and didn't even bother to care. I suggest investing your money with a different company. The moving company they use, ABF, is just not up to par.

I recently moved from Ontario to Kentucky and it went really smoothly. The team was always on time, dependable, and quick to respond to my questions. The pricing was reasonable and the whole process was stress-free. A little advice for others - take initiative to protect your furniture during the move, it'll make things easier in the long run. My move was a disaster! They promised to cover any damage, but when my things were damaged, they refused to help. The driver ruined my stuff and then disappeared, leaving me to handle my broken belongings. I am furious!

I recently had a great experience with this moving company! They were so helpful and always reachable whenever I had a question. They dropped off the trailer for us to load in Canada and got it to Florida way earlier than expected. Turns out we needed less space than we thought and they even lowered our quote by $250. I would definitely recommend them!
Strapping Tool Kit
I just bought a Strapping Tool Kit from this company and I was really let down by what I got. The picture on the website made it look like a top-notch product with nice finishing, but what I actually got was totally different and low-quality. Even after contacting customer service for a month, they kept saying that the product was what I asked for. This whole thing has made me not trust this company anymore.

The customer service and experience with this company was really bad. My stuff got messed up and broken during the move, and the person I talked to at customer service didn't seem to care at all. They didn't take my concerns seriously and didn't try to fix things. I suggest finding a different company for your move, this one is not worth it.
