UPack: Just Okay
I recently used UPack for a long distance move and overall, my experience was pretty good. The process of booking and scheduling the move was easy and convenient, with everything being done online. The price was also competitive with other options I looked at.
On the day of the move, the UPack truck arrived on time and the driver was professional. The only issue I had was that it took longer than expected to load all of my belongings onto the truck, which ended up being a bit of a hassle.
One thing to note is that UPack doesn't have physical stores like some other moving companies do. This wasn't a problem for me, but it's something to consider if you prefer the option of being able to visit a store in person.

I recently used a trailer for a cross-country move, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. I just wanted to share that I used the service for the second time recently and I was super impressed! The staff, from customer service to the drivers, were so professional and friendly. We had a little hiccup with loading our stuff that made things take longer, but they didn't charge us any extra fees, which was a weight off my shoulders. On top of that, we got a sweet discount for being a senior or veteran, which was a really nice gesture. It was such a relief to be treated like a real person and not just another account number. Overall, it was a really great experience.

I recently moved from Ontario to Kentucky and it went really smoothly. The team was always on time, dependable, and quick to respond to my questions. The pricing was reasonable and the whole process was stress-free. A little advice for others - take initiative to protect your furniture during the move, it'll make things easier in the long run. All in all, I had a fantastic experience with this company.
Packing supplies and moving services
The process of ordering packing supplies and arranging for moving services was simple and quick. It would have been nice to get a phone call reminding me about needing extra items like a medium-length-shank padlock for the door, along with the packing blankets and tie-down straps. Even though this info might have been in the emails from the company, a little heads up on the phone would have been great, especially during the chaos of moving. But, I really liked the tutorial on the website for packing art and mirrors - it was super helpful and informative.
Moving service
Working with this company was so easy! From getting a quote to the actual delivery, everything went great. The customer service was amazing, much better than other moving companies I've used before. The price I paid to move from Salt Lake City to Plano was really good, only $1400. When I compared prices with other moving companies, they were much cheaper. The relocube they provided was big enough to fit all my stuff from my 2 bedroom apartment. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would definitely use them again if I had to. 😊
Move from Canada to Florida
I recently had a great experience with this moving company! They were so helpful and always reachable whenever I had a question. They dropped off the trailer for us to load in Canada and got it to Florida way earlier than expected. Turns out we needed less space than we thought and they even lowered our quote by $250. I would definitely recommend them!
