I wish I had checked out the reviews before trying to buy these. My account shows that my order hasn't been completed even after 7 long weeks. I've been sending emails asking for a refund, but I haven't gotten any responses. The company hasn't taken any action to try and fulfill my order.

I just wanted to share that I used the service for the second time recently and I was super impressed! The staff, from customer service to the drivers, were so professional and friendly. We had a little hiccup with loading our stuff that made things take longer, but they didn't charge us any extra fees, which was a weight off my shoulders. On top of that, we got a sweet discount for being a senior or veteran, which was a really nice gesture. It was such a relief to be treated like a real person and not just another account number. Overall, it was a really great experience.

Software purchase
My experience with this software was a total disaster, to be honest. I paid just under $50 for it and it was nothing but problems from the start. The biggest issue was that I couldn't get a valid license key, no matter how hard I tried for over a month. And when I asked for a refund, I didn't hear back at all, even when I asked for an address in France to send a letter. On top of all that, the software itself kept starting up on its own, which was super annoying. Long story short, I wouldn't recommend this software to anyone. You're better off finding something else that's more trustworthy.

I had some issues with my account so I reached out to customer service for assistance. There was this girl named Zoey who helped me out, and she was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. She did it really quickly too! I believe if you encounter any problems, this app is great because they will assist you. It was definitely a 5-star experience for me!
