Underwear purchase
So, I was at this store and the manager was really knowledgeable about everything they sell. I mentioned the issues I had with the undies I bought last time and he was able to assist me right away. We also talked about the great Father's Day deals that are on the way. Giovanni, one of the workers, was awesome as well and helped me find some new undies. I've been a customer here for a long time and I love the great products and the friendly staff!

Gucci shoes purchase
I just got myself a sweet deal on a pair of luxury shoes from Italist. They were way cheaper than buying them in the US. The whole process of ordering was super easy and quick. It only took about 4 business days for my shoes to arrive all the way from Italy. Pretty impressive delivery speed if you ask me. But when I checked the shoes, I saw that they might have been returned or used for display before because there were some scuffs on the soles and some of the packaging and Gucci paperwork were missing. Despite these small issues, I was still happy with my purchase and would definitely shop with Italist again in the future.

Stainless steel trash can replacement
I've been really let down by the customer service from this company. I bought a stainless steel trash can that ended up being faulty, and I've been trying for over a month to get it replaced under warranty. After waiting for so long with no success, I gave up and ordered a new one, hoping for a better result. But when it showed up, it was all messed up - big dents and parts missing. I tried reaching out to customer service again, but got nowhere. It's obvious that this company doesn't care about its customers or believe in its products.

The service I got at this place was amazing. The staff really took the time to understand what I wanted and gave me some great advice. They were so friendly and paid attention to every little detail, which made my shopping trip really enjoyable. I've never experienced service this good anywhere else.

Phone service review
Axvoice is seriously the worst phone service I've ever dealt with. They claim to have low monthly fees, but the service itself is just terrible. I have to restart the box every time I make a call, which is such a hassle and waste of time. Their customer service is basically MIA - emails go unanswered most of the time. I really wish I never signed up for this garbage service.

Defective item
I recently bought this item thinking it was brand new, but turns out it wasn't! It was missing some snaps, which is pretty disappointing. I got a decent bargain on it, but I'd rather have all the parts, you know? I could've probably found it on Amazon for a better price and in better condition. And now I can't even return it? Not exactly thrilled about that!
