Brethable and coolant bamboo-made fabric bed sheet I bought
What the brand is really known for is their manufacturing totally ultra-soft and comfortable clothing & bedding from bamboo the plants. That's really something that I attracted towards. My wife really love to explore more of this side. they are eco-friendly clothing brand, so that's the plus point as well. It is so special, the products, we ordered the bed sheets. these have their cooiing effects. I feel so lighter and more breathable fabric to sleep on.. These are highly comfortable too. however, they have plenty of items selling such as bedsheets, home decor, bath sets, handbags, jewellery and so many more.
New bedding purchase
I just bought some new bedding from this place and let me tell you, it is top-tier stuff. The sheets and pillows are seriously awesome and have really stepped up my sleep game. However, I gotta say I'm not so thrilled with the rewards program. They hype it up, but they conveniently forget to mention that the rewards money you earn can't be used on orders with discounts. Nope, it's only good for full-price items. That little detail would have been nice to know upfront, now I'm feeling kind of meh about using it.
Underwear purchase
So, I was at this store and the manager was really knowledgeable about everything they sell. I mentioned the issues I had with the undies I bought last time and he was able to assist me right away. We also talked about the great Father's Day deals that are on the way. Giovanni, one of the workers, was awesome as well and helped me find some new undies. I've been a customer here for a long time and I love the great products and the friendly staff!
Cool sheets and comfy shirts
These sheets and shirts are amazing! They are incredibly soft and cozy, making me feel like I'm sleeping in a cloud and walking on a rainbow. Definitely worth the money!
Bamboo Sheets
I got these bamboo sheets from this store and they were great at first, but now they're not as good. The quality has gone downhill. And when I tried to use the warranty, they wouldn't even honor it. So frustrating!
Pillow purchase
I ordered a pillow and had to wait for four whole months just for them to start processing it. And then, guess what? It turns out they hadn't even started on it! I even showed them my receipt, but still, no confirmation email. When I tried to reach out to get an update, they finally decided to do something about it. But by that time, I was already so fed up that I just wanted my money back. Their slow response time meant that by the time they did get back to me, it was just too late. I'm really disappointed and honestly, I'm not looking forward to getting that pillow anymore. It was supposed to be a little birthday treat for myself way back in August.
Bamboo product purchase
I bought a bamboo product that was really high quality, but the customer service was not that great. I suggest checking out other places to buy bamboo products for a better experience overall.
Mattress return issues
I've been having a hard time trying to return this mattress I bought weeks ago. Even though I got the RMA I needed, I can't seem to get Cariloha to respond to my emails so I can schedule a pickup. The deadline for the RMA is coming up, and I'm not sure what to do next about this mattress that I'm unhappy with.
Sheets Lifetime Warranty
I had a really frustrating experience with buying some sheets from this company that claimed to have a Lifetime Warranty. The sheets began showing signs of wear and tear after only a month of use. When I reached out to customer service about getting a replacement, they told me they wouldn't honor the Lifetime Warranty like they had promised when I bought them. It was really disappointing because we had spent a lot of money on other products from this brand, like a mattress, pillows, towels, and clothes. The quality of the sheets didn't live up to what we expected, especially considering the high price we paid for them.
Resort sheets purchase
I bought some resort sheets from this store not too long ago, and man, was I let down. I followed the care instructions and everything, but after just a couple washes, the fitted sheet started getting all pilly. I contacted customer service about it, and let me tell you, they were zero help. They said the warranty was up and basically shrugged me off. I was really bummed out by the lack of care for quality and making the customer happy.

The sheets I got from here totally let me down, even with the warranty. I'm just so frustrated and feel ripped off. It's like they were pulling a fast one on us. Plus, I ended up shelling out way more money than I should have, so it's a real letdown.

Split king bed sheets
I've been buying their stuff for years and always loved how comfy and high-quality their sheets are. Recently, I got a split king bed with an adjustable frame, but after just two days, I knew the split style wasn't for me. Reached out to customer service, and they were super helpful in walking me through the exchange. Bit of a downer that I had to cover the return shipping for the sheets, pillows, and mattress covers, plus a $100 restocking fee for the bed. Despite the hassle, gotta give it to them - their customer service is top-notch.
