Contacts purchase
I purchased contacts from this company last fall, and I was really disappointed with both the quality of the contacts and the customer service I got. I got six pairs of contacts, but all of them had problems with the eye holes not lining up properly with my eyes. Even though I showed the company proof that my prescription didn't match up with the contacts I got, they didn't want to admit there was an issue or try to fix it. On top of that, the contacts didn't fit my eyes well, so they kept moving around and felt uncomfortable. I went back and forth with them through email, but they just brushed off my concerns by saying my warranty had expired, even though I contacted them just a week after getting the contacts. Honestly, it was a complete waste of over a hundred dollars, and dealing with their unhelpful customer service was really frustrating.

I bought some stuff for my living room decor not too long ago and I was pretty happy with how it all turned out. But I ran into a few problems with getting charged too much and one item being backordered. I tried reaching out to customer service through email, but didn't hear back from them at all about the backordered item. Plus, they said I could make as many design changes as I wanted, but the link to the designer stopped working after a couple of months.

I've bought custom stuff before, but this company's customer service was seriously next level. The live chat was speedy and the rep I talked to, let's call her Barbie, was fantastic. She really went out of her way to make sure my order was just how I wanted it, and even gave me some good advice. I've never had such a great time ordering custom things before, so I'll definitely be back. Thanks a bunch for the amazing service!

Not worth the price, slow delivery
I bought something from that store not too long ago and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy about it. The item was just like they said it would be, but it wasn't really worth the money I spent. It was decent quality, but not amazing. And to make matters worse, it took way longer to arrive than I thought it would. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the whole thing and I won't be going back there again.

I had a really good experience with the customer service team at the store the other day. I was trying to get a partial refund since I'm a new customer and eligible for a 10% off coupon. Laundry set purchase
The laundry stuff from this place does a pretty good job of cleaning, but I do kinda wish they were more upfront about what they put in their products to make them smell good. The face wash we got wasn't all that great - it made my skin feel all dry and had a weird smell, though my husband didn't seem to notice. On the flip side, those dishwasher tablets worked like a charm! Just a tip though, using a rinse aid might take your dishwashing game to the next level.
