Black leather boots
I recently got these amazing black leather boots from Soho, and let me tell you, they totally blew me away. The quality of the leather and the way they're put together is seriously top-of-the-line, not to mention the design is super stylish and goes with everything. They're so comfy to wear for hours on end, and now they're like my go-to shoes in my closet.
Ordering them was super easy, and my package showed up right on time. The customer service folks were really nice and helped me out when I had questions about what size to get. Sure, they might be a little pricey compared to other brands, but the quality and style totally make it worth it.

Keeps' subscription
I recently signed up for a hair growth product subscription service, and let me tell you, dealing with their customer service was a total nightmare. First off, they send you a ton of product, which might make sense if you use it every day, but it's just overwhelming. But the worst part is trying to cancel your subscription. It's like trying to escape from prison - they make you go through all these hoops, dragging out the process and making it super frustrating. It's crazy how easy it is to delay a shipment, but cancelling? Forget about it. Overall, it was a major headache and I definitely won't be using their service again.

Recent jewelry purchase
I just bought some jewelry from this store and I was really impressed with how nice the pieces are. They've been holding up great and I haven't had any problems with them at all. Plus, the customer service was amazing. When I had a problem with the size of one of my bracelets, they were super quick to help and really made the effort to understand my specific issue. It didn't feel like a canned, generic response like some other places give you. Overall, I would totally tell other people to check out this store if they're looking for high-quality jewelry.

Defective coat purchase
Oh my gosh, so I bought this coat and it was seriously terrible. Like, it was all messed up and I had to return it, but then they said they wouldn't refund me because I didn't include the stupid plastic bag it came in. Who even keeps those bags, right? And then they tried to charge me to send the messed up coat back to me. Like, seriously, I don't even want it anymore! This has got to be the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Definitely don't waste your time with this place, it's a total rip-off.

Hat Purchase
The hat I got from this store was alright, but I have a few issues. The Lifetime Guarantee they talk up isn't all it's cracked up to be. Dealing with it is kind of a pain - you gotta fork over $20 for shipping if you want to swap out a beat-up item. It used to be easier - you could just bring it to any store and get a new one. If they want to be more in charge of the process, they could do a verification and give you a certificate for an easy exchange at any store without the extra shipping fee.

Tennis shoes purchase
I was really let down by the poor customer service I received at City Gear. I bought a pair of tennis shoes not too long ago, and sadly, they didn't live up to what I had hoped for. The customer service policy at City Gear left a lot to be desired, as they wouldn't help me out when I had an issue with the shoes. I even reached out to corporate to try to resolve things, but it took them a whole two months to just shoot down my request for help. The tennis shoes I got were never even worn, but City Gear didn't keep their end of the bargain when it came to their products. I really suggest steering clear of buying anything from City Gear, especially the store in McCain North Little Rock, AR. Overall, it was just a really frustrating and disappointing experience.
