Lack of grace period for redeeming coupon
I had some trouble with that coupon because there was no grace period for using it. See, I had this unexpected emergency come up and couldn't make it in time to redeem it. So, I called customer service for some help, but their response didn't really do much for me. I think it would be a good idea for businesses to offer a grace period for cases like mine, 'cause you never know when a sudden emergency might pop up for a customer.

Cuvee Beauty's shimmering shampoo and conditioner have really changed my hair for the better. The champagne extracts make a real difference, leaving my hair feeling healthy, shiny, and strong. I've seen a big improvement in the health of my hair since I started using these products, and I can't imagine going back to my old routine. The smell is so fancy and lasts a long time, making me feel like I just left a fancy salon every time I wash my hair. Funko Pop figure
I just bought a Funko Pop figure at this store and it was a total nightmare. They gave me store credit, but then turned around and deleted my account so I couldn't even use it. I did some digging online and it turns out that lots of people have had issues with their customer service, especially this guy named Freddy. The misleading ads on their website really made me feel like I got scammed.
