UPack: Just Okay
I recently used UPack for a long distance move and overall, my experience was pretty good. The process of booking and scheduling the move was easy and convenient, with everything being done online. The price was also competitive with other options I looked at.
On the day of the move, the UPack truck arrived on time and the driver was professional. The only issue I had was that it took longer than expected to load all of my belongings onto the truck, which ended up being a bit of a hassle.
One thing to note is that UPack doesn't have physical stores like some other moving companies do. This wasn't a problem for me, but it's something to consider if you prefer the option of being able to visit a store in person.
Overall, I would recommend UPack to others looking for an affordable and convenient long distance moving option. The process was smooth and the price was right, although the loading process did take a bit longer than expected.
