Home security system purchase
Kangaroo has some really awesome and budget-friendly home security gadgets that are super high-tech and simple to use. I bought their Home Security Starter Kit, and it gave me all the tools I needed for some peace of mind. Setting up the system was a piece of cake because of their easy-to-use app and the fact that it connects right to Wi-Fi without needing another hub. Plus, the devices in the kit run on long-lasting AA batteries, so no complicated wiring is needed.

Refund delay
I had a problem getting my refund for something I bought online. I emailed customer service a bunch of times, but never heard back from a real person, just an automated message. And when I tried calling, I got stuck in a never-ending loop of automated prompts and hold music. It really worried me how bad their customer service was and made me feel like they didn't care about me at all. Because of this, I won't be buying anything from them again.

Large purchase delay
I made a big purchase from this company, spent over $1,300, ya know? Got the confirmation that my payment went through, and I was waiting to hear about when it'd be shipped out. But like, it's been over two weeks now and I haven't heard anything about where my order is at. Their website says shipping usually takes 15-20 days, but I haven't gotten any updates or anything.

Cross-country move with trailer
I recently used a trailer for a cross-country move, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. The drop-offs and pick-ups were right on time, the equipment was spotless, and the staff was super professional and friendly. What impressed me the most was that they didn't push me to buy insurance - we were able to confirm coverage through our own insurer. We ended up using the whole trailer, and the cost was not only exactly as they said it would be but it ended up being $1200 less than what another company wanted for a smaller truck. Not having to stress about fuel, hotels, and the toll on ourselves made everything go so smoothly. I definitely would use this service again without a second thought in the future.

Smart home equipment
I was really looking forward to trying out the smart home equipment I bought from this store, but man, what a let down! It took forever for them to process my order, seriously making me wonder if they're even open during regular business hours in the US. And on top of that, it took an extra two days for them to even ship it out. When it finally arrived, the equipment was all messed up. The wifi adapters couldn't scan for different channels, the light remotes were acting up, and the instructional videos were basically useless. I'm definitely considering returning everything because of all the time wasted and the lack of a good return on my investment.
