The price was great compared to other places I checked out. I needed help getting my iPad back after leaving it on a flight, and Parcel ABC was so helpful. Piece of furniture order
I ordered this really awesome piece of furniture about 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for it. Can you believe that? No emails, no updates, nothing. I've even tried reaching out to them on the app, through email, and on social media, but no response. Their customer service is nowhere to be found. I'm seriously considering calling my bank and doing a chargeback. It's just not right to treat customers this way, especially when we're spending a lot of money. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

Bracelets that do not fit & earrings and a necklace that look cheap
This place is a mess just waiting to blow up. I ordered some bracelets for teenagers, and guess what? None of them fit. Can you believe it? 4 girls, and not one bracelet fits. I tried calling them to fix things, but got hung up on every time. Talk about frustrating! And as if that wasn't bad enough, the earrings and necklace I got look like they're from the discount store down the street. Can you say false advertising? I won't be giving them any more of my money. I had no idea their service was this terrible. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
