Fat tire electric bike purchase
I recently bought a fat tire electric bike from this company and the customer service was amazing. I had some technical questions about a bike I got from a different company but they weren't helpful. I reached out to this company on Facebook one night and talked to a sales rep named Celine. She spent over an hour emailing me back and forth, answering all my questions and helping me figure out the issues I was having with my bike. Even though I bought a bike from a different company, Celine's professionalism and dedication really stood out. It's hard to find great customer service like that these days, and I'm really thankful for the help she gave me. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new bike with excellent customer service.
e-bike purchase for a long journey
I recently took a 65-mile journey from western Pennsylvania to the West Virginia state line on my e-bike. It was a smooth and successful trip, all thanks to the reliability and performance of my electric bike. The terrain was tough, with plenty of hills along the way, but my e-bike handled them like a champ. I even had to bring along an extra battery because of how much the hills drained the battery, but it was totally worth it for the awesome experience. Leppard Ebike
I recently got this awesome ebike called the Leppard and I'm super excited about it! Putting it together was easy peasy and I can't stop thinking about how great the quality is. This bike is seriously top-notch for the price. I'm definitely gonna tell all my friends to check it out. Even my cousin, who doesn't drive and works at a store close by, is totally in love with it!
Rhino and Camel Cargo
I just got 2 rhinos and let me tell you, they are pretty awesome! It's like cruising on a motorcycle but way more laid-back. Had a little issue with one of them, but the customer service was super quick and fixed it in no time. I also picked up a Camel cargo and man, it's like gliding in a Cadillac. So smooth and can go the distance. Who needs a car when you've got these rides?
