    Hey guys, I gotta share with you about this amazing water bottle I picked up from Tourmaline Spring! Seriously, it's like the fanciest water I've ever tasted. They claim it comes from this super pure spring in Maine, and let me tell you, it's so refreshing and pure. It's like I'm sipping on high-class water straight from nature, you feel me? And the bottle itself is so sleek and stylish. It just makes me feel all fancy and grown-up when I'm sipping on it.

    The painting we got from this place turned out even better than we imagined. The colors were so vivid, the details were spot on, and the overall quality was top-notch.     2 dozen roses for Valentine's Day

    I am a customer of Flower Explosion, and I am really disappointed with how things went down recently. I ordered 2 dozen roses for Valentine's Day and I gave them plenty of time to get it right. But then, 4 days before Valentine's Day, I got an email saying my order was cancelled because of some supposed airline delay. So I called up the shipping company and they said there were no delays at all. It's just not right to get fed false info like that and then not get my order on time. Flower Explosion really dropped the ball on this one and left me feeling let down.

    I recently bought a fat tire electric bike from this company and the customer service was amazing. I had some technical questions about a bike I got from a different company but they weren't helpful. I reached out to this company on Facebook one night and talked to a sales rep named Celine. She spent over an hour emailing me back and forth, answering all my questions and helping me figure out the issues I was having with my bike. Even though I bought a bike from a different company, Celine's professionalism and dedication really stood out. It's hard to find great customer service like that these days, and I'm really thankful for the help she gave me. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new bike with excellent customer service.

    I just bought a kick scooter from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. The scooter is top-notch - it's built well, strong, and super user-friendly.     NOLES HEELS LT NATURAL RAFFIA

    I would not order from this company again. I placed an order on 6/6/21 on the Dolce Vita website for a pair of sandals. I understood the processing time and shipping time (3-7 business days). However, I did not receive my order until 7/1/21. FedEx was the carrier and they did not deliver my package on 6/23/21, my initial delivery date. I contacted FedEx and they simply gave me the run around about my package being delayed due to the pandemic. I waited over a week to receive my package. Upon receipt, I checked my shoes and realized I had two different sizes. One shoe was a size 9 and the other was a size 10. I called the customer service number and waited over 15 mins to speak to a representative. Finally, I was paired with Mark. I explained the situation to Mark, including shipping and product. He offered to order me a correct pair,however, my size was sold out. He initiated a return label, but noted that I wouldn’t be able to receive my refund until they received the incorrect product. I thanked him for trying to rectify the problem and asked for corporate number to make a compliant. He provided me the following number 1-800-747-6233. I called and was greeted by Olivia from Steve Madden. I asked could I speak with someone from Dolce Vita; she said she could only transfer me if I knew who I wanted to speak to. I did mot. I explained her the situation. She said she was taking notes and would forward my information. However, she did not ask for my name or order number. She only asked me for the customer service representative’s name. As I was talking, Olivia interrupted me to tell me she had another call coming in and she would need to take it. I tried to place a review on Dolce Vita’s website but there is not an option to do so. I am highly disappointed in the service, shipping, and product.
