Custom pool cue
I bought a custom pool cue from this store and it was just what I wanted in terms of quality and design. However, I ran into a big problem with the shipping. Even though I paid for one-day shipping through the postal service, the package went on a little road trip from New Jersey to South Carolina before finally arriving in Virginia four days later than I expected. It was pretty frustrating and definitely not the speedy delivery I was hoping for.

Shipping issue, lack of customer support
My recent experience with the shipping from this company really let me down. I paid for shipping but then found out it should've been free. When I tried to get help from customer support, they didn't respond or offer much support at all. It made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. Also, I saw that the prices of the products went up and the items weighed less than I thought they would. This whole thing has made me want to look for other places to shop in the future.

Purchased items with high hopes
My experience with this company was good at first with an easy ordering process, but then it all went south when it came to getting my order. It's been over two weeks and I still don't have anything. The tracking system is all messed up, so I can't even figure out where my package is. Plus, the customer service wasn't much help either since I only got automated responses.

Excellent tripod, expensive but worth it
The tripod is seriously amazing. It works perfectly and it's just so nice to use. Even though it's a bit pricey, I think it's a smart investment because it seems like it's built to last. I've used cheaper travel tripods before, but this one really stands out.

Fruity version upgrade
I upgraded to the licensed version from the demo and you know what? It has less functionality! How does that even make sense? It feels like a step back instead of an upgrade. The demo version was pretty much the same as the All Plugins Edition, except you couldn't save and restore your work, and they didn't make that clear. It's honestly such a joke.
