Dress with expedited delivery
I ordered this dress for an event on May 11th, and I paid extra for fast delivery, but it didn't come on time. I sent it back and checked where it was, but I haven't heard anything from the customer service team about getting my money back. They haven't been honest or helpful at all. The whole experience has been really terrible. I'm never buying from them again.

I was using this signature service for a little bit and everything was good until I needed this report, you know? And then they were all like, "Oh, you gotta pay us a bunch of money for that." Like, seriously? I checked with other companies and they gave it to me at no cost! Anyways, I found a different one to use now. So there!

Custom rug with serged border
The process of ordering my custom rug with a serged border went smoothly and efficiently. I found the website easy to use, and it was simple to choose the specifications I wanted for my rug. However, when the rug finally arrived after a two-month delay caused by Covid, I was let down by the fact that the yarn color used for the serged border didn't match the physical sample. It had a very pink hue that didn't go well with the rest of the rug. I understand that exact color matches aren't always possible due to differences in dye lots, but I think it's important for samples to be updated when dye lots change so that customers can make well-informed decisions. It would also be helpful to offer or request multiple samples from different dye lots to demonstrate the range of colors that could be used. If I had known a pink version was an option, I wouldn't have picked that color in the first place. Although the rug itself is good quality, the color mismatch was disappointing.
