Expired voucher problem
I had these vouchers for photo books that expired, and I was really disappointed. I received an email about an extension, but the link was broken, and the time mentioned was incorrect. I tried reaching out through chat and the help desk, but that didn't work out. Eventually, I emailed them and Lina N. saved the day! She sorted everything out quickly and was incredibly kind. PrinterPix needs more employees like her!

Oh my gosh, I had such a hard time at first because my stupid bank thought this site was shady or something and wouldn't let me pay! But then I called and spoke to this girl named Julia who was really nice and got everything sorted out within a day! And then I worked with this guy named Daniel on my resume, and he was just spot on. He really understood me and made my resume look fantastic! I'm just thrilled with how everything went. I would definitely use them again and specifically request Daniel!
