I gotta say, I was super impressed with the service I got from Parcel Abc. I ordered 8 heavy boxes for international delivery and the support line operator was on point, keeping me in the loop the whole time. We had to work out a few kinks with the delivery, but their professionalism and quick response time really stood out. The delivery itself was crazy fast - my boxes made it from Budapest, Hungary to Arnstadt, Germany in just two days. That's quicker than I expected, and I appreciate the top-notch service. It's clear that the whole crew at Parcel Abc is busting their butts to make sure customers are happy, and I'm definitely one happy customer.
First courier service experience
This was my first time trying out a courier service, and for the most part, it wasn't too difficult to do everything online. I had scheduled for my package to be picked up on a certain day, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. Luckily, Parcel Abc reached out to me and, with the assistance of Flixbus, we were able to resolve the issue. Eventually, my package was delivered on time.
