Parcel shipping service experience
I tried out this parcel shipping service, and let me tell you, it was a total waste of money. They said they would pick up my package on the same day, but they ended up delaying it for no good reason. Then, they asked me for more money for customs charges, even though I had already paid. The worst part is they said they might refund me if no taxes were charged, but now they're saying they can't control that. What's the point of using their service if they can't deliver what they promise?<br><br>And get this, they told me my package would arrive in 2-4 days, but it actually took a whole week. On top of that, they said the delivery person might ask for more fees, which they would refund later. All these hidden fees and delays make this service a total disaster.
Delayed parcel
I just had a delay in getting my package, and it was really annoying. So I reached out to customer service and got help from a guy named Michal. He quickly fixed the problem for me, and I'm really grateful for his assistance in making sure I got my package in the end. It just goes to show how vital it is to have smart and quick customer service reps who can solve problems for customers right away.
Fragile content package delivery
The delivery service from this company went above and beyond! I had fragile items in my package and was so relieved to see that they were handled with care and arrived in perfect condition. They not only delivered on time but also went beyond my expectations. Even my picky mother was impressed with the level of service. I'm really thankful for the extra care they took in delivering my package.
Send Boxes
This company is a rip off, they was giving me the long round with my package stating that they can't ship my product I told them to cancel and after I told them to cancel they was like oh we can ship your product with another company I was like no I want my order cancel because I don't feel safe with you now, they was like o they will picking your package today and you have to pay more for custom and we create a label, I was like I said to cancel my order and now they was like oh we have to charge you $62 for administration. BE AWARE F THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT HONEST.
Failed Collection and Lack of Communication

I had a terrible experience with ParcelABC. They were supposed to collect my shipment on June 8th, 2023, but they failed to do so without any explanation or communication.
I tried reaching out to them multiple times, but they have been unresponsive and provided no assistance. It is incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark regarding the status of my shipment.
I also contacted DHL directly, and they informed me that there are no records of any scheduled collection for my shipment. This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable.
I paid for their services, and I demand a prompt resolution to this issue. They need to honor their obligations and collect my shipment as soon as possible.
I advise others to reconsider using ParcelABC for their logistics needs based on this experience.Punctual delivery

I paid for a shipping with a 48hour delivery, was surprised the next day at 11 in the morning when it was being delivered. Even sooner than planned.
