    Helios A 8X bike

    My experience with Bikes Online started out great when I bought the Helios A 8X bike. However, after just 200km of riding, I noticed a problem with the headset. I tried tightening the screws, but the knocking sound wouldn't go away. So, I tried reaching out to Bikes Online for help, but I was really disappointed with their customer service. It felt like talking to a robot – they didn't offer any good solutions to fix my bike problem. This lack of support left me feeling annoyed and unhappy with my whole experience at Bikes Online.

    Oh man, I was psyched when I got this bike and putting it together was a breeze! The brakes and gear shifter were originally upside down, but it was no big deal to switch them around. Once I had everything set up, the ride was so smooth! The gears shift like butter and the bike works perfectly now.

    I recently bought a bike from Bikes Online, but they sent me the wrong one. Dealing with customer service was a pain because I kept getting automated responses from Bob the Bot instead of talking to a real person. I wasted the whole afternoon trying to fix the problem, and it left me super disappointed. Not getting to talk to a human about a $2100 purchase mistake just isn't right and shows that the company doesn't really care about keeping their customers happy.

    I recently got a mountain bike from Bikes Online and I'm pretty happy with it. The bike got to me in just a week after I ordered it, quicker than I thought it would. It was packed up nice and I liked getting updates from Bikes Online while I was buying it. The only issue was that the chain that came with the bike wasn't the best quality, so the drivetrain was kinda rough. Even though I adjusted it right, it still felt bumpy and off, like it wasn't set up correctly. I looked around online and saw that other people had the same problem, and they suggested switching to a genuine Shimano 12-speed chain. After I did that, the bike worked perfectly. It was a bummer to have that hiccup, especially since the rest of the bike was good.

    2023 demo model

    I recently bought a 2023 demo model bike from Bikes Online and I have to say, I'm thrilled with how everything turned out. I placed my order on the afternoon of April 4th and by noon on April 6th, the bike was at my doorstep. The packaging was solid and the bike arrived in flawless condition, just like they promised on the website. It was all set up and good to go right out of the box, well-greased and properly adjusted. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised to find a hex multitool and a cool bike keychain included with my purchase. It's things like these that really show they care about their customers. In the end, I'm really happy with my new ride and would definitely recommend Bikes Online to anyone in the market for a bike.

    Nice bike, terrible customer service

    The company has a good variety of bikes, but their customer service is really bad. I had a problem with my order recently and when I tried to get help, the phone number they had for customer service was actually a fax machine. The emails I got back seemed fake and didn't offer any actual help or personal connection. It's too bad because I like the bike I got from them, but dealing with Bikes Online is just too much of a headache.

    I had a horrible experience with Bikes Online. I waited for weeks for my order to come, and I tried to check on it a bunch of times. But their online order tracker didn't work at all - it couldn't even find my order. Finally, they told me they couldn't find my stuff and I'd have to wait for a refund. And then, to make it worse, they had the nerve to ask me for a review on something they never even gave me. Can you believe that?

    Online bike helmet purchase

    I recently bought a bike helmet online, and ran into a little problem with the color I wanted. I had picked out a matte black camo helmet, but when it arrived, it was gray. I tried to get in touch with customer service right away to fix the mix-up, but I was let down. Even though I left my info for a call back, they only sent me an email. Since I was out of town and not checking my email regularly, the issue didn't get sorted out. I kept trying to get in touch, but my calls never got answered. It felt like they were avoiding talking to customers directly, which was really frustrating.
