Review about: Nyx
Matte Primer
This product is a complete nightmare! It's super thick, making it nearly impossible to squeeze out of the tube. And when I do finally get a tiny bit out, it's a challenge to spread it evenly. To top it off, it leaves a gross white, flaky residue on my face. I'm really disappointed in this product and I think it might be defective. I ended up buying a different primer from a different brand that works amazingly well.

online shirt purchase, falsely advertised
I recently bought a shirt online that was advertised incorrectly. I contacted the company twice to tell them how disappointed I was, but they didn't seem sorry or willing to fix the problem. The shirt I got was nothing like what was shown on their site. The material was so thin that you could practically see through it, which was definitely not what I was expecting. I asked if they could waive the return fee because of their mistake, but they said no. They even tried to say that the fabric type meant the shirt had to be worn a certain way, even though their description clearly said it could be worn by itself. It's really frustrating to get something that's not what you were promised and then have the company brush off your concerns. It's not about the $8 return fee, it's about the principle. I hope they listen to this feedback and make sure their products are described accurately in the future.

I bought a fancy dress from this company, and it was a total disaster. The dress I got was totally wrong - wrong color, wrong sleeves. And to top it off, the quality was horrible. The material was stiff and uncomfortable, and it was obvious that they didn't put much effort into making it.

I talked to customer service on May 3rd about how much it would cost to ship back two stools. The person helping me said they would ask the support team and email me the details. But after not hearing back by May 8th, I contacted them again. Eventually, they asked for my email and then told me the most it would cost to return the stools is $44.50.

Contrasts of Australia and New Zealand trip
My experience with Trafalgar was great when we were in Australia, but once we got to New Zealand things went downhill fast. There were some sick people on the tour which was a big mistake on Trafalgar's part, especially with everything going on with the pandemic. They didn't do enough to prevent the spread of illness, like making sure everyone wore effective masks and rotated seats to limit exposure. I ended up getting Covid during the trip and when I told Trafalgar about it, they didn't even respond. It was also really annoying for solo travelers because there was no guarantee of having your own seat on the bus, so I had to sit next to a stranger for way too long. The Tour Director didn't even listen when I brought up how unfair the seat assignments were. But on the bright side, the Australian Tour Director was amazing and the hotels were really nice.

Annoying pop-ups and ads
I keep getting bombarded with pop-ups from the app on my PC even though I pay for a subscription. These pop-ups are trying to get me to switch to more expensive plans. When I contacted customer service about it, they told me there's no way to stop these annoying ads. It's frustrating that they don't seem to care about what their customers want.
