Anniversary bonus issue
This place is just awful! They really messed up by taking away my anniversary bonus when I was just trying to use my credit. It feels like a scam, you know? They don't seem to care about their loyal customers one bit. I ended up having to cancel my order and I definitely won't be shopping here again. And to top it off, they don't even bother to respond to emails when you try to talk to them about the problems. Their service is just terrible!

I just got this awesome humidifier not too long ago and it was amazing. Made a big difference in how comfy my home felt. But then out of the blue, it just crapped out on me. I just wanted to share that the things I bought from this store were really top-notch and came right on time. The red velvet bow tie for my son's Year 12 Ball was not only a breeze to tie, but it was well-made and had buttons to adjust it in the back. The linen pocket square and lapel pin I got as well matched the bow tie perfectly, making the whole outfit look really sharp. Delayed delivery and poor communication
I had a horrible experience with Bikes Online. I waited for weeks for my order to come, and I tried to check on it a bunch of times. But their online order tracker didn't work at all - it couldn't even find my order. Finally, they told me they couldn't find my stuff and I'd have to wait for a refund. And then, to make it worse, they had the nerve to ask me for a review on something they never even gave me. Can you believe that?

High value timepiece purchase
I recently bought a really nice watch from Collector Square and had the pleasure of dealing with Marine in their Watch & Jewelry Department. Marine was super professional and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Even when there was a small hiccup with my bank wire, Marine stayed patient and polite, which I really appreciated. Plus, her English was perfect, so communicating was easy. When the watch finally arrived, it was even better than I expected. And to top it off, Marine included the original exotic skin strap, which many sellers forget to do because of import issues. All in all, my experience with Collector Square and Marine was amazing, and I wouldn't think twice about buying from them again in the future.
