My experience with Bikes Online was awesome. I was just checking things out when I threw the bike in my cart, but didn't pull the trigger right away. Online bike helmet purchase
I recently bought a bike helmet online, and ran into a little problem with the color I wanted. I had picked out a matte black camo helmet, but when it arrived, it was gray. I tried to get in touch with customer service right away to fix the mix-up, but I was let down. Even though I left my info for a call back, they only sent me an email. Since I was out of town and not checking my email regularly, the issue didn't get sorted out. I kept trying to get in touch, but my calls never got answered. It felt like they were avoiding talking to customers directly, which was really frustrating.
