My experience with Bikes Online started out great when I bought the Helios A 8X bike. However, after just 200km of riding, I noticed a problem with the headset. I tried tightening the screws, but the knocking sound wouldn't go away. So, I tried reaching out to Bikes Online for help, but I was really disappointed with their customer service. It felt like talking to a robot – they didn't offer any good solutions to fix my bike problem. This lack of support left me feeling annoyed and unhappy with my whole experience at Bikes Online.

VPN service issue with accessing programs
I recently had a problem with my VPN. I couldn't access some programs, like when I try to buy my weekly lotto ticket from my account in New Zealand. Even when I set my VPN to New Zealand, the site now only lets people in New Zealand make purchases. This is really frustrating because it never used to be a problem. It's disappointing to have this service disruption, especially since it always worked well before. I hope they can fix this problem soon so I can go back to using the VPN normally.

The TEFL course was a good deal and gave me a strong starting point. However, I didn't love the assessments because they felt a bit boring and made me answer in a specific way. The course stuff was cool, but I wish they gave more detailed feedback on my work. Luckily, Leo Haley and Rachel Walsh from customer service were awesome and super quick to help with any questions I had. Rachel even sent me my certification right after I passed the final assessment, which was great.

But then, out of the blue, two weeks later, I get an email with tracking for that original order. Got the shorts, wore them once, and the stitching in the crotch and by the belt loops was already falling apart. Like, come on - they say they’re all about top-notch, luxury quality clothing but this is just shoddy work. I’ve got other shorts from different brands that have held up way better. Plus, not being able to return or exchange stuff once you’ve worn it or taken off the tag? That's a huge hassle for customers.
