the pockets fit my phone, passport and a slim wallet without bulging, the fabric felt solid, and the stitching looked legit. That was the moment I knew this jacket could actually be the travel jacket I'd wanted. Returning it was painless enough — online return, label printed at home — which was nice compared to other companies that make returns a circus. But the refund went through minus the original $8 outbound shipping and another fee for my return, which added up to nearly $30 lost on shipping for something I never kept. That really left a sour note. So yeah, good materials and pockets that do the job, easy return process, but the shipping/refund policy felt unfair for an expensive jacket. I get why they do it, but for me that policy overshadowed an otherwise promising product.
