Grey wool sweater
I bought a gray wool sweater from your store not too long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed when I saw it had a little cut on the shoulder big enough to stick a finger through. For the price I paid, I was expecting better quality. When I contacted customer service about returning it, they only offered me an E-gift card or a 50% refund. I think in situations like this, a full refund should be the way to go. All in all, I was not happy with how things went down and I won't be shopping at your store again.
Polo shirt purchase

Shorts
I bought a pair of shorts from this brand, and man, it was a letdown. First off, they confirmed my order and then hit me up later to tell me they're actually out of stock and canceled it. But then, out of the blue, two weeks later, I get an email with tracking for that original order. Got the shorts, wore them once, and the stitching in the crotch and by the belt loops was already falling apart. Like, come on - they say they’re all about top-notch, luxury quality clothing but this is just shoddy work. I’ve got other shorts from different brands that have held up way better. Plus, not being able to return or exchange stuff once you’ve worn it or taken off the tag? That's a huge hassle for customers.

Had to return the jeans as they were too large. I made this return the end of September, I contacted Peter Millar in mid October, I was told I would receive my refund by October 28th. NEVER happened. Called again October 30th, no apologize for the delay. They then told me the refund will show up November 3rd. I then called again, stayed on hold for 20 minutes, had to go into their voice mail, left a message for a call back, NO CALL BACK. The next day I went on line and submitted a request again. I have heard nothing. Today, November 11, still no refund, not good customer service, would not recommend!!
I got two blue pair of pants instead of one grey-maybe my fault when ordering. Trying to reach these people has been impossible. I will buy their products in a store but never again online. Held for 20 minutes then they hung up without ever taking the call. Chat never responded. Not my kind of customer service.
