Grey wool sweater
I bought a gray wool sweater from your store not too long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed when I saw it had a little cut on the shoulder big enough to stick a finger through. For the price I paid, I was expecting better quality. When I contacted customer service about returning it, they only offered me an E-gift card or a 50% refund. I think in situations like this, a full refund should be the way to go. All in all, I was not happy with how things went down and I won't be shopping at your store again.

Gas mask purchase
The safety products at MIRA Safety are really top-notch. I just got a gas mask from them and the team there really knows their stuff. I was super impressed with how professional and knowledgeable they were. The gas mask I got was perfect and exactly what I needed to feel safe and prepared. And I gotta shout out their customer service too - when I had a little problem with my USPS tracking, they were quick to help and got it sorted out fast. I love that they're so committed to taking care of their customers. I'll definitely be shopping with them for all my safety gear in the future.

Waste of money
Don't waste your money on this course, it's pretty much useless. It's as helpful as trying to learn from a rock. There's no interaction, no support, and overall feels like a scam. The only slightly useful thing was the lean canvas info, but not worth the expensive cost.

I wasn't sure about giving this service a shot at first, but man, I'm really glad I did. Their organic stuff is top-notch and the prices are killer. I've saved a bunch of cash by ordering from them. And their customer service is A+ - super helpful whenever I've had a question or problem. If you're on the fence about trying this out, don't drag your feet any longer - you won't be sorry.
