I've been using the organic produce delivery service for a while now, and I have to say I'm really happy with the quality of the products I get each week. For the past couple of years, I've been looking forward to getting my box full of fresh and organic stuff. I've had a pretty frustrating experience with this fresh produce delivery service. The company's business practices aren't very clear, and I think they're kind of sneaky. When I went to their website without signing in, there wasn't much info about what they have to offer. That lack of clarity made me sign up, but then they immediately wanted my credit card details. It made me uncomfortable having to give that just to look at what they sell. And then, once I made an account, I saw that I only had two days to take things out of my cart before they charge me. It seemed like a way to trick people who forget, which I don't really like.

Delivery mishap
The delivery promise wasn't met because our package got left in a spot where it was easy to swipe. When we called customer service, they said they weren't gonna deliver to us again and told us we had to pick up stuff at their place from now on. That's not gonna work for us 'cause it's not safe or easy to get to.

I was so bummed out by my first order from that company. I figured I'd give them a shot because it was crazy around Christmas time and I didn't have much time to go out and shop. But when the packages showed up, they stunk like bug spray, and the fruits and veggies were all mushy and gross. I reached out to customer service right away to see if I could return or swap them, but they said no can do because it was the holidays and they didn't have enough drivers. I went back and forth with them in emails, but only got a little bit of my money back. In the end, I had to toss everything since it had been way too long and the food was no good.
