Received broken part
I got a broken part in my order, but thankfully I was able to fix it myself. I was too busy to deal with returning it, so I contacted customer service and left a review explaining what happened. They got back to me right away, and said they would send me a new part without any issues. I'm really happy with the way CarParts handled everything - great customer service and quick solution. I'm definitely a happy customer.

Lamnia is amazing! I live in Canada and buying things from other countries can get really expensive. But Lamnia is the best! The Canadian dollar to Euro conversion is great, and not having to pay the VAT tax is a huge bonus. They have so many awesome brands from Nordic countries that I can't find here. The website is really easy to use and their shipping is fast and reliable. I always make sure to order enough to get free shipping because shipping costs in Canada are really high. I've been buying NexGuard Spectra from this pet care company for around a year now and they've been on point with their service. At first, I thought the meds were shipping from the UK, but turns out they're actually coming from Singapore after checking the label. It does take a bit longer to get here, about three weeks, but the quality of the product is great and my pet has been doing really well on it. Customer service has been solid too - they're quick to respond to any questions and sort out problems fast. Plus, there are always discounts available which makes their prices even better. Overall, I've been happy with everything and don't see any reason to stop ordering from them.
