    Medical alert purchase

    I just got myself a medical alert system since I'm 67 and live alone with no family close by. The guy who sold it to me was really easy to talk to and he totally got where I was coming from. He explained how the system could help me out, especially with my fear of falling. With my disability, having that extra layer of support in case something happens is a huge relief. Big thanks to the salesman for really going out of his way to make me feel safe and comfortable in my own home.

    I just wanted to say that the people answering the phones were super helpful and supportive when I talked to them. But I was kind of bummed that they didn't really give me a clear idea of when I should charge the battery on my device. It would have been nice to have some instructions on how long the battery should last and when I should plug it in again, like how they do with cell phones.
