The customer service at Maisonette was amazing! I had a little problem with my order but they took care of it super quickly and went above and beyond to help me out. The staff was so friendly and supportive the whole time, making sure I was happy with how everything turned out. I truly value their outstanding customer service.

I just wanted to say that the people answering the phones were super helpful and supportive when I talked to them. But I was kind of bummed that they didn't really give me a clear idea of when I should charge the battery on my device. It would have been nice to have some instructions on how long the battery should last and when I should plug it in again, like how they do with cell phones.
