CRM-301 Light and Laser Combo
I just got the CRM-301 Light and Laser Combo for my home security, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with it. The setup was a piece of cake, and it works exactly like I wanted it to. I wish I would've gotten it sooner because it's really helped me feel more secure. The only little problem I had was with the cable being a bit tricky to plug in, but I fixed that up with a cable clip from another brand. If I had to give one suggestion, it would be to make the laser adjustment more precise with clicks for finer tuning, but it was still easy to line it up with my optic.

Sweater purchase
I bought a sweater from this store, thinking it would be a nice new piece for my wardrobe. But after just an hour of wearing it at home, the sleeve started falling apart. I was so bummed about how cheaply made it was. I took it back to the store with the tags and receipt, hoping they could help. But they would not do a thing about it. What a waste of money! The sweater ended up in the trash.

Bag purchase
I ordered a bag, and they charged me immediately, but it took forever for them to ship it. I had no idea it was being shipped from Portugal to Germany; otherwise, I wouldn't have placed the order. I sent it back 12 days ago, and the tracking information shows that it arrived at the store 11 days ago. However, I have yet to receive an email confirmation or a refund! When I contacted customer service, they didn't respond to my first message. They only replied to my second message, acknowledging that they received the package and asked the warehouse to check it. That was 4 days ago, and I still haven't heard anything. How long does it take to process a return? This whole situation is so unprofessional! I will never purchase from them again.
