Mobile alert system purchase
I reached out to the company, placed an order, and got the mobile alert system all set up without any problems. We haven't had a chance to test it out yet, so I can't say how well it works in action. Fingers crossed that it'll come through when we need it to!
Medical alert device
I just wanted to say that the people answering the phones were super helpful and supportive when I talked to them. But I was kind of bummed that they didn't really give me a clear idea of when I should charge the battery on my device. It would have been nice to have some instructions on how long the battery should last and when I should plug it in again, like how they do with cell phones.

Setting up was easy peasy, and the customer service folks were super helpful and polite. Got my gadget in just 2 days, and it was ready to go and working like a charm. Now I feel totally secure wearing it.

I was looking for something that didn't look bad, or make me seem like some helpless grandma. This one can be worn under my shirt, which is great. The guy who assisted me, Mark, explained everything really clearly so I didn't have any concerns. And the prices are super affordable.

I had a pretty good experience with the company. The service was top-notch, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The only thing was, the product didn't really match my style so well. I'm crossing my fingers they'll have more feminine or smaller options down the line.
