Skinny jeans
I'm still on this sizing journey with Yoox! Got myself a pair of skinny jeans, super excited to try them on but when I did, the sizing was way off. It's frustrating, you know, like how can the sizes be so different in the same brand? Ended up having to return them because they were way too small for my size. The return policy isn't too bad, but just be ready for a little back and forth if you're dealing with some serious sizing issues on a "Final Sale" item. Kinda disappointing that they didn't fix the listing after probably lots of people returning for the same reason.

Medical alert device purchase
I had a great chat with the person who told me all about the medical alert device. They were really kind and made sure I understood everything. They didn't push me to make a decision and helped me choose the right one for me. Even though I have trouble hearing, they spoke clearly and at just the right volume for me to hear them. I just got a digital blood pressure monitor for my wrist from the HSA store. Ordering was a breeze and everything went smoothly. The water tasted so fresh and clean, it had this purity that's just not easy to come by with other brands. I love that it goes through a natural filtration process and doesn't need any extra treatment. And the fact that the company really cares about sustainability is a big win for me too. Educational app for kids
This app for kids is amazing! My son never really liked other apps but with this one, he's actually having fun learning. He's starting to recognize letters, numbers, and even some sight words after only a few weeks of using it. The app is interactive and keeps him engaged while teaching him important skills. I definitely suggest it to any parent who wants a fun and educational app for their child.

Food order from Moga Meat Brampton
I ordered some food from Moga Meat Brampton for delivery the other day and sadly, the chicken came out all burned. I tried my best to follow the cooking directions exactly, but the dish ended up charred and totally not edible. At first, I figured maybe the seasoning I used was off, but even after giving it another shot and being extra careful, it still turned out the same. I'm thinking maybe the diced tomatoes I used weren't juicy enough, which could have caused the burning. Either way, it was a bummer of an experience and now I'll have to figure out some new ways to fix it.

New phone purchase
I just got a new phone, but had a rough time dealing with the customer service folks. One of the agents was super rude and totally incompetent. When I was trying to give more info to answer a security question, the agent got all huffy and started talking down to me. Then they just hung up out of nowhere. It was really uncool and made the whole customer service situation pretty annoying.

Tungsten ring for fiancé
I just bought a Tungsten ring for my fiancé from this company, but it turned out to be too small and not really his thing. When I reached out to them about returning it, they were awesome. They got back to me fast and were really understanding. They suggested a few different options for swapping the ring for free, but my fiancé couldn't find one he liked. Even so, they gave me a full refund without any issues and let me keep the engraved ring for no extra charge. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond with their customer service. They were great the whole way through.

Online course during pandemic
I took an online course last year during the pandemic and it was a great way to learn from home. The course material was awesome and I learned a lot. But after I finished the course, I had some problems getting my certificate re-printed. I sent so many emails and documents, but no one helped me. They didn't tell me what to do next or how to get my certificate. It's been 3 months and still no help. They don't talk to me or try to fix the problem. I don't think I would tell my friends to use this online school because they don't care about their students once the course is over. It's really disappointing and I'm upset.
