    I just got a digital blood pressure monitor for my wrist from the HSA store. Ordering was a breeze and everything went smoothly. I was also eyeing the Brain no touch thermometer, but it was sold out, bummer! Overall, my experience was great and I'll definitely shop for more health stuff at this store in the future.     Booking a cruise for my birthday

    I was so excited to book a cruise for my birthday in November this year. I even booked my airfare with the cruise company, thinking it would all go smoothly. But man, was I mistaken! My flight got canceled or changed or something on the way to Paris, and I was freaking out. I reached out to the company for help, and they were like, "Sorry, we can't do anything about it." What do you mean? I thought they were supposed to help me out in situations like this. Now I'm still going on the cruise because I already paid for it, but I'm not as thrilled anymore. Their customer service used to be great, but now it's just terrible. If you're considering a river cruise company, definitely look elsewhere. I wish I had.

    The water tasted so fresh and clean, it had this purity that's just not easy to come by with other brands.     Educational app for kids

    This app for kids is amazing! My son never really liked other apps but with this one, he's actually having fun learning. He's starting to recognize letters, numbers, and even some sight words after only a few weeks of using it. The app is interactive and keeps him engaged while teaching him important skills.     Food order from Moga Meat Brampton

    I ordered some food from Moga Meat Brampton for delivery the other day and sadly, the chicken came out all burned. I tried my best to follow the cooking directions exactly, but the dish ended up charred and totally not edible. At first, I figured maybe the seasoning I used was off, but even after giving it another shot and being extra careful, it still turned out the same. I'm thinking maybe the diced tomatoes I used weren't juicy enough, which could have caused the burning. Either way, it was a bummer of an experience and now I'll have to figure out some new ways to fix it.

    New phone purchase

    I just got a new phone, but had a rough time dealing with the customer service folks. One of the agents was super rude and totally incompetent. When I was trying to give more info to answer a security question, the agent got all huffy and started talking down to me. Then they just hung up out of nowhere. It was really uncool and made the whole customer service situation pretty annoying.

    Smart Home Security System

    I bought a Smart Home Security System not long ago and had a little problem with the shipping address. I called customer service right away to fix it, but it wasn't very helpful. I was on hold for hours, asked for a call back, and sent multiple emails before finally talking to someone the next day. They told me the product was already on its way and there was nothing they could do. The customer service let me down and now I'm not sure I want to buy from them again.

    Skirt ordered on January 8th

    I ordered a skirt on January 8th and was told it would arrive in 10-15 days. But here we are on February 1st and still no skirt! I reached out to them via email and they replied that it will be another 8-10 days. It's frustrating, they never mention any delays or provide updates on when they'll ship your order. The tracking just says "processing" without any progress. It's confusing, I have no idea what's happening. Communication would make a world of difference. At this point, I just want a refund. Pull it together, folks!

    I bought these women's Salomon XA Wild shoes not too long ago, and man, I am so bummed about how quickly they fell apart. I've only had them for six months and already there are holes in the toe area. I mean, come on, I shelled out almost $200 for these kicks, I thought they'd hold up better than this with just casual wear. So I decided to hit up the company about it, and they hit me back saying the warranty was up and only covered purchases made on their site. Seriously, that's not cool at all. They should stand by their products no matter where you buy them from.

    Online course during pandemic

    I took an online course last year during the pandemic and it was a great way to learn from home. The course material was awesome and I learned a lot. But after I finished the course, I had some problems getting my certificate re-printed. I sent so many emails and documents, but no one helped me. They didn't tell me what to do next or how to get my certificate. It's been 3 months and still no help. They don't talk to me or try to fix the problem. I don't think I would tell my friends to use this online school because they don't care about their students once the course is over. It's really disappointing and I'm upset.
