Excellent products
Great apparels collections.May be a right shop for Christmas shopping.I also spent five hundred dollars for three items.A nice color sweatshirt ,one jacket ,scarf .Quite satisfied with quality materials made by all items,purpose to protect from winter and to looks great on coming occasion.So this price is not so painful.
Yoox is not new for me, before this purchase I had one pair of shoes eighteen months back.Durability of that shoes assured me ,they are selling genuine products , reasonable prices and timely delivery .

I recently bought some stuff from yoox and man, they had so many clothes and shoes to choose from on their site – it was crazy! I was able to find exactly what I was looking for because they had all different styles and brands that I like. But you know, I was bummed out when I found out that I couldn't return stuff that was on final sale. It was a real pain, especially with the shoes. Some of the shoes I got in my regular size were too big or too small. I don't get why there's such a sizing issue, but I ended up stuck with shoes that didn't fit right. Even with that hiccup, I was still happy with the quality and all the options they had at yoox.
Repeat customer, quality products at reasonable prices
I've been shopping on this online store for years now and I always find really nice stuff at good prices. The product descriptions are usually spot on, and I like how easy it is to find what I'm looking for on their website. The only thing that can be tricky sometimes is figuring out the right size since the XS, S, M, L, XL labels are sometimes not very specific. But it's not a big deal because returns are simple, which makes the whole shopping process pretty painless. I'd definitely suggest giving this store a try.
Recent YOOX Purchase
I just bought something from YOOX and it was a pretty good experience overall. The website was easy to navigate, which made it simple to check out all the stuff they have. The checkout process went pretty smoothly and I liked that they had different payment options to choose from. The only thing I didn't like was that there's a limit on how many items you can put in your cart, which can be annoying if you're trying to buy a bunch of stuff at once.
Handbags purchase
The handbag selection at yoox was awesome! I finally found the bag I had been looking for everywhere. A lot of websites don't have bags from past seasons, but yoox did and the price was great. Ordering was super easy, shipping was fast, and the bag came with all the expected packaging, even the box. Online shopping can be iffy sometimes, but yoox really nailed it for me.
Lots of cool stuff
There's a bunch of cool stuff to pick from, but why do they keep pushing outdated things that nobody even wants anymore? Plus, the prices aren't all that amazing. It's kind of annoying how they make you spend a specific amount to get free shipping, especially considering how often I shop with them!

As a loyal customer of yoox, I've always been blown away by the amazing quality and style of the products they have on their website. The variety of European designers they carry is like no other, and the prices are really competitive. I love that I can snag high-end stuff for way less than what I'd pay at a regular department store. The value you get for your money is just unbeatable.
Clothes I bought
I really enjoy shopping at yoox! They have a wide variety of cool clothes in all different sizes to choose from. Making my order was a breeze and my package came pretty fast. I appreciated how nicely everything was wrapped and how eco-friendly it was. Gotta admit, the clothes looked even better in real life than they did online.

Unintentionally smaller size purchased
I ordered the wrong size, but by some stroke of luck, it fit perfectly! Customer service was awesome when I called to cancel the return.
Alaia shoes
I've been shopping at this online store for a while now because they have a really great selection of stuff. But I've been having some issues with my recent orders that have been a letdown. I ordered two things that never showed up the way they were supposed to. For one order, I got a size 00 jacket instead of the size 0 I asked for. I tried to get some help from customer service, but they didn't really do anything to fix the problem, so I had to send it back. The last thing I bought was a pair of Alaia shoes as a gift for my boyfriend, and even though I got a discount for my birthday, I still had to shell out 550€. When the shoes arrived, I saw that the soles were scratched up on both sides, which makes me think they were someone else's return and not handled carefully on a soft surface.
Fashion items
As someone who's not in the US, it's pretty annoying to deal with those steep shipping and duties charges when buying stuff. The products are great and all, but those extra fees totally kill the vibe of shopping. It sucks that you don't get those costs back when you return something, making it even more of a headache. It'd be awesome if there was clearer info upfront and maybe some better ways to handle those expenses for us international shoppers.
