Excellent products
Great apparels collections.May be a right shop for Christmas shopping.I also spent five hundred dollars for three items.A nice color sweatshirt ,one jacket ,scarf .Quite satisfied with quality materials made by all items,purpose to protect from winter and to looks great on coming occasion.So this price is not so painful.
Yoox is not new for me, before this purchase I had one pair of shoes eighteen months back.Durability of that shoes assured me ,they are selling genuine products , reasonable prices and timely delivery .

I recently bought some stuff from yoox and man, they had so many clothes and shoes to choose from on their site – it was crazy! I was able to find exactly what I was looking for because they had all different styles and brands that I like. But you know, I was bummed out when I found out that I couldn't return stuff that was on final sale. It was a real pain, especially with the shoes. Some of the shoes I got in my regular size were too big or too small. I don't get why there's such a sizing issue, but I ended up stuck with shoes that didn't fit right. Even with that hiccup, I was still happy with the quality and all the options they had at yoox.

I recently bought some jeans and a t-shirt from yoox, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the way they did everything. The prices were good, and I even got an extra discount which was a nice surprise. The package showed up at my door a day sooner than I thought it would, and I liked getting a heads up about it. The stuff came in really nice boxes, which showed they put effort into making it look good and feel special. It was also cool getting an email saying I get free shipping for my next 10 buys. Skinny jeans
I'm still on this sizing journey with Yoox! Got myself a pair of skinny jeans, super excited to try them on but when I did, the sizing was way off. It's frustrating, you know, like how can the sizes be so different in the same brand? Ended up having to return them because they were way too small for my size. The return policy isn't too bad, but just be ready for a little back and forth if you're dealing with some serious sizing issues on a "Final Sale" item. Kinda disappointing that they didn't fix the listing after probably lots of people returning for the same reason.

I've been shopping at yoox for a while, and I gotta say, the clothes are awesome! The quality is really good, and I always feel stylish in my new outfits. I did have to return something once, and it was super easy.

Easy purchase, but poor quality shoes
Yoox is where I always go to hunt down my dream shoes, but I've gotta say, the quality is just not up to par. I've had several pairs that ended up damaged or falling apart after only a few times wearing them. It's a major bummer to finally find the perfect shoe, only to have it start falling apart on you so soon.
Alaia shoes
I've been shopping at this online store for a while now because they have a really great selection of stuff. But I've been having some issues with my recent orders that have been a letdown. I ordered two things that never showed up the way they were supposed to. For one order, I got a size 00 jacket instead of the size 0 I asked for. I tried to get some help from customer service, but they didn't really do anything to fix the problem, so I had to send it back. The last thing I bought was a pair of Alaia shoes as a gift for my boyfriend, and even though I got a discount for my birthday, I still had to shell out 550€. When the shoes arrived, I saw that the soles were scratched up on both sides, which makes me think they were someone else's return and not handled carefully on a soft surface.

My husband and I are pretty sure that what we got is fake, so we've decided to send it back. I had a rough time with international shipping through yoox recently. It seems like some of the partners they work with aren't very good at it, causing problems with shipping and delivery. I'll have to be more cautious about selecting the "sold by partner" option next time.
