My recent experience with this online store has been pretty disappointing. I bought something there back in 2021 and since then, I've had two big problems. First off, I've gotten a few packages that were all banged up, which has been super annoying and inconvenient. The way they pack things seems careless, and it's meant that some items show up not looking too great. On top of that, the pictures of the products on their website are often really bad quality. Not every item has this problem, but a lot of them have images that are blurry or unclear, making it hard to tell what I'm actually getting. It's made it tough for me to decide what to buy and has made me unsure about the stuff I end up getting.
Fashion items
As someone who's not in the US, it's pretty annoying to deal with those steep shipping and duties charges when buying stuff. The products are great and all, but those extra fees totally kill the vibe of shopping. It sucks that you don't get those costs back when you return something, making it even more of a headache. It'd be awesome if there was clearer info upfront and maybe some better ways to handle those expenses for us international shoppers.
Unintentionally smaller size purchased
I ordered the wrong size, but by some stroke of luck, it fit perfectly! Customer service was awesome when I called to cancel the return.
Clothes I bought
I really enjoy shopping at yoox! They have a wide variety of cool clothes in all different sizes to choose from. Making my order was a breeze and my package came pretty fast. I appreciated how nicely everything was wrapped and how eco-friendly it was. Gotta admit, the clothes looked even better in real life than they did online.
Repeat customer, quality products at reasonable prices
I've been shopping on this online store for years now and I always find really nice stuff at good prices. The product descriptions are usually spot on, and I like how easy it is to find what I'm looking for on their website. The only thing that can be tricky sometimes is figuring out the right size since the XS, S, M, L, XL labels are sometimes not very specific. But it's not a big deal because returns are simple, which makes the whole shopping process pretty painless. I'd definitely suggest giving this store a try.
Excellent products
Great apparels collections.May be a right shop for Christmas shopping.I also spent five hundred dollars for three items.A nice color sweatshirt ,one jacket ,scarf .Quite satisfied with quality materials made by all items,purpose to protect from winter and to looks great on coming occasion.So this price is not so painful.
Yoox is not new for me, before this purchase I had one pair of shoes eighteen months back.Durability of that shoes assured me ,they are selling genuine products , reasonable prices and timely delivery .
Very professional people , I mostly use to talk sellers before delivery and before ordering too.
