Van rental
The service was unbelievably bad. I reserved a van a whole week in advance, and they ended up switching my pick-up spot not just once, but twice. When I showed up on the day to get the van, it wasn't even at the third location they sent me to - and that was a 30-minute walk away! I called customer service and that's when I found out the van was actually 2 hours away. I ended up losing a lot of money because they couldn't get their act together and take responsibility. And all they gave me was a lousy 1-hour free rental as an apology.

Alamour The Label has an amazing collection of dresses. I recently bought the Charlotte dress for a wedding and let me tell you, I got so many compliments! The details, the fit, the material - everything was perfect. I was worried about the length and bust size, but the descriptions and return policy calmed my nerves. Luckily, the dress fit perfectly with just enough stretch. Even though I'm on the shorter side, the length was great since it wasn't too long.
