Glycerin running shoes
I really don't understand what all the haters are complaining about. My experience with this place was amazing, from beginning to end. I ordered a pair of running shoes online and they showed up at my door in just 2 days via FedEx - can't beat that. But here's the best part. The shoes didn't fit, so I had to send them back. I took them to the USPS and within a few hours, I got a message saying my refund was on the way. And guess what? The money was back in my account in just 3 business days. Now that's what I call excellent customer service!

Night City Marble Run
I was so pumped to get the Night City Marble Run set, but man, let me tell you, the delivery service really dropped the ball. I planned ahead and ordered it a whole week before, even shelling out an extra $15 for shipping to make sure it got here in time for my grandson's visit. But, wouldn't you know it, the package didn't show up until after he had already gone. Waiting for 10 business days, plus the weekend, for it to arrive was just so aggravating and really let me down.
