Puzzle building fun
I bought a puzzle from this store recently and I gotta say, I love putting it together. It always impresses my friends and I feel so accomplished when it's done. The only downside was the delivery time, it took longer than I thought. But, the puzzle was really good quality so it was worth the wait. I'm looking forward to doing more puzzles in the future.
Missing parts in purchased Steam Tractor puzzle
I recently bought the Steam Tractor puzzle from you guys and was super pumped to start working on it. But then, I got really frustrated because I realized it was missing some super important stuff - the wax and 4 plastic washers for the pistons. Those missing pieces are key to finishing the puzzle, so without them, it's pretty much useless. I put in tons of hours on this puzzle only to hit a roadblock because of the missing parts. It's really disappointing and honestly feels like I just wasted my time and money. I've bought about 20 puzzles from you guys before and it seems like there's always a missing part or two. That lack of consistency in quality control is not cool and makes me think twice about buying from you again in the future.
Book nook purchase
The package got here pretty quick, which was nice. Honestly, we thought the book nook would be flimsy cardboard, but to our surprise, it's actually made of pressboard which is way sturdier. The instructions were easy to follow and it was a breeze to put together. It looks really nice on the shelf, with the light on or off. We're really pleased with our purchase and definitely plan on getting more in the future.
"Challenging build, fun pastime"
I had a blast putting together that complicated build that needed a bunch of tiny pieces to be connected. It was a good way to challenge myself and have some fun at the same time. Seeing the final product made all the hard work worth it, and I'm really happy with how it turned out.
Construction kits purchase
I just bought a couple of construction kits from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with how good the quality was and how much fun I had putting them together. Multiple intricate wooden mechanical models
I've have been really enjoying putting together these wooden mechanical models that I bought. They can be tough, but it's so satisfying when they're finished and turn out to be beautiful pieces of art. I've already finished the parachute drop, fairground swing ride, ferris wheel, teacup ride, 2 carousels, magic cello with printing press, and I still have the tram left to do. The instructions were super helpful and made the assembly process easy and fun. The materials are really high-quality, and the finished models look absolutely amazing.

I bought 2 Rolife Kits
I was obsessed with how fun these products are to put together. That was until I ordered straight from their website. I got the text when I was out that my package arrived. Got home and it was gone (stolen). For the past nearly 3 weeks I have sent 5 emails, and about 15 messages for them to say that they are not responsible for package being stolen and will not send a replacement or give me my money back. I was told it's not their problem and if I wanted my money back I should talk to police and postal service to see if they will give me my money back, as it's not their problem. Cool, so they kept my money an essentially told me to kick rocks. I will never buy from them again.
DIY wooden mechanical model kits
I got the package and I really appreciate the chance to benefit from your assistance. Thanks for sending it my way. But honestly, I was let down by the product itself. The parts were weak and didn't fit together properly, so putting it together was a pain and took forever. The instructions were confusing too, which just added to the frustration.
