I bought 2 Rolife Kits
I was obsessed with how fun these products are to put together. That was until I ordered straight from their website. I got the text when I was out that my package arrived. Got home and it was gone (stolen). For the past nearly 3 weeks I have sent 5 emails, and about 15 messages for them to say that they are not responsible for package being stolen and will not send a replacement or give me my money back. I was told it's not their problem and if I wanted my money back I should talk to police and postal service to see if they will give me my money back, as it's not their problem. Cool, so they kept my money an essentially told me to kick rocks. I will never buy from them again.
