The kit I bought was super detailed and the instructions were explained really well, with pictures that made putting it together easy and fun. They had a lot of different options for all different skill levels, which was awesome. I loved the kit I got a few months back so much that I bought four more and have a bunch on my wishlist. Thanks for making this old person so happy!
Broken puzzle pieces
Don't bother buying this puzzle! I bought one from this company, and when I sat down to work on it, I found out some pieces were broken. What a bummer! I reached out to them for replacements, and they did send me new ones, but it was such a pain that I won't be shopping with them again. They really need to up their quality control, it's just not worth all the hassle.
Laser-cut wooden model kit
The shipping took a little longer than I expected, but considering how far it was coming from, it made sense. The cost was super low, which was a nice surprise. I'm excited to try more of your products in the future. One recommendation I have is to make the ordering process easier by not needing pictures to order parts. The current way is pretty easy for people who can put the models together.
Magic Piano set
Man, I gotta tell you, last year I made this awesome thing called the Magic Cello and it was amazing! This year, I decided to take on the Magic Piano and let me tell ya, it was no walk in the park. Even though I used some of the same tricks I learned from building the Cello, the Piano was a whole different beast. I had to take it slow, double-check everything, and really make sure I had a solid plan before diving in. I made a few mistakes along the way, but I managed to fix them all in the end. Now I've got both the Cello and the Piano, and they look incredible together! Every time I see them, it makes me so proud and happy, especially when I get them to play music and move around.
Clock and pinball machine
I just bought a clock and a pinball machine from this company, and I gotta say, they're both top-notch. The instructions were super clear and easy to understand, and both items worked perfectly right out of the box. Only thing is, when I opened up the clock, I noticed a couple pieces were missing. No biggie, I reached out to customer service and they quickly sent me the missing parts. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again. These products would make awesome gifts for anyone who likes putting stuff together.
