I ordered a puzzle kit that ended up taking longer than I thought to arrive, and when I finally got it, I realized that some pieces were missing. I reached out to customer service right away and now I'm waiting to hear back. This was my first time buying from this company, and honestly, I'm not sure if I would do it again after this experience. On the bright side, the actual quality of the puzzle was pretty good, even with the missing pieces. It was a bummer to find out that there was no glue included though, since that wasn't clear in the description.
Model kit

Chandelier DIY Kit
I really enjoyed putting together the chandelier DIY kit, but I hit a snag when it came time to add the lights. The instructions for the electrical part were a bit confusing, which got me a little frustrated. Luckily, the company was super helpful and sent me a new kit right away. The only problem was, after I finished and fixed the lights and wires with glue, I found out the On/Off switch wasn't working properly, even though I tried to figure it out. Despite that, I had a good time and I might try out their greenhouse kit next time.
Missing part replacement
I recently got a ROKR Pinball Machine as a gift, and I was all excited to put it together. But then, I realized that some important parts were missing which was a bummer. Since I couldn't just go back to the store, I decided to shoot an email to customer service. Surprisingly, they replied in a few minutes and totally got where I was coming from. They promised to send me the missing parts right away, and they did just that - got them in a week. Thanks to their quick help, I'm now happily building my pinball machine with no more hiccups. Overall, I'm really impressed with how they took care of everything.
Intricate kit with detailed instructions
The kit I bought was super detailed and the instructions were explained really well, with pictures that made putting it together easy and fun. Broken puzzle pieces
Don't bother buying this puzzle! I bought one from this company, and when I sat down to work on it, I found out some pieces were broken. What a bummer! I reached out to them for replacements, and they did send me new ones, but it was such a pain that I won't be shopping with them again. They really need to up their quality control, it's just not worth all the hassle.

Magic Piano set
Man, I gotta tell you, last year I made this awesome thing called the Magic Cello and it was amazing! This year, I decided to take on the Magic Piano and let me tell ya, it was no walk in the park. Even though I used some of the same tricks I learned from building the Cello, the Piano was a whole different beast. I had to take it slow, double-check everything, and really make sure I had a solid plan before diving in. I made a few mistakes along the way, but I managed to fix them all in the end. Now I've got both the Cello and the Piano, and they look incredible together! Every time I see them, it makes me so proud and happy, especially when I get them to play music and move around.
Clock and pinball machine
