Marble city puzzle purchase
I bought a marble city puzzle from this company not too long ago and didn't have a great experience. Even though I followed the instructions carefully, some pieces ended up breaking when I was putting it together. I reached out to the company by email a few times and they said they would send me new pieces to replace the broken ones. But after I paid for shipping and got the replacement pieces, they were the exact same ones that broke in the first place. And to top it off, these new pieces also ended up breaking during assembly. When I asked if I could exchange the puzzle for a different one, they said no. I'm really unhappy with the quality of the product and the customer service from this company.
