Recent bike purchase
I'm kind of bummed about my new bike, the New Sync R 29. I've already had to switch out the crank arms, bottom bracket, and seat dropper after only a few months. Dealing with customer service hasn't been the best either. One guy seemed full of himself, and the other tried to help but couldn't really fix things. The biggest headache was that the company didn't have spare parts available. I had to either beg the manufacturer to have what I needed or buy them from somewhere else. It's frustrating to have a brand new bike fall apart and not get the support I expected.

Hoodie purchase
I have to say, my experience with this company has been pretty disappointing. I bought a hoodie from them back in September, and after just 5 months, it got a hole in it. I tried contacting customer service twice about it, but never heard back from anyone. That lack of response is really frustrating and makes me question how much they care about keeping their customers happy. Plus, I found out they offer a repair service but make customers pay for shipping, which feels like they're trying to avoid taking responsibility for their low-quality products. I've bought cheaper sweaters and jumpers that have held up way better than this hoodie did. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything else from this brand in the future.

I ordered some bike accessories almost two weeks ago and I still haven't gotten my stuff. And to top it off, I can't even get ahold of anyone at the company to figure out what's going on. It's really aggravating and disappointing dealing with this lack of communication and slow delivery. I definitely wouldn't suggest ordering from them if you want things to come on time. Just save yourself the trouble and find another place to get your cycling gear.

The whole process was so easy - it was simple and quick. I was looking for a specific wine that I just couldn't find anywhere near me. After doing some searching, I came across this amazing website. They had the best price by far and even shipped to my area, which was awesome. I ended up buying a few bottles and they arrived in perfect condition. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and I will definitely be buying from them again in the future!

1200 CFM range hood
I ordered a 1200 CFM range hood for my kitchen reno from this company, and honestly, I was super bummed out about the whole thing. The shipping fees to Canada were insane, so I had it sent to Montana instead. When the hood arrived, I quickly realized it was way too strong for my place and would need costly upgrades to meet building codes. Deciding to return it was a pain too, as the return shipping costs were way more than I expected and not well explained by the company. I tried to work with Proline Range Hoods to cut down on the fees, but they were no help at all. I ended up losing a bunch of cash on return fees, shipping, and exchange rates that I won't ever get back.
Their return policies seem shady to me, like they're trying to make it tough for customers to send stuff back. I'd tell anyone looking to buy from them, especially if you're far from their spot, to think twice.Review about: Reiss
Anzughose and Wintermantel
I bought an Anzughose and Wintermantel from this store recently. While they look good, I was disappointed with the quality. When I tried on the Anzughose, I noticed that one leg was 1cm longer than the other. It's not a big deal since I needed to get them hemmed, but it did make me question the quality control.

Unfortunately, my order from Coggles took forever to show up because the courier messed up and lost it. But, I gotta give props to Coggles customer service for being quick to respond and sending out a new order. Now I'm just waiting for the replacement package to come in. I recently got this iPhone/desktop manager from your company and I gotta say, it's been beyond awesome. The software is super easy to use and has everything I need. I mostly use it for moving my music collection when I switch computers, but it's been great for organizing all the stuff on my phone. It handles apps, photos, videos, messages, notes, you name it. One thing that really makes it stand out is how well it handles deleting, storing, and recovering backups compared to iTunes. Apple doesn't really have a good way to manage backups, so this product is a game-changer for iPhone users.
